After completing all six sessions, I have maybe 30% reduction at best -- a little light thinning on the sides of my legs, but no noticeable results overall. I left an honest Google review explaining my experience. The business publicly responded asking me to reach out so we could "work toward a solution." I did exactly that -- I emailed them politely and respectfully, hoping to resolve things privately. Instead, their reply blamed me entirely, offered no solution or compensation, and ended by telling me they were no longer willing to provide me with any services simply because I complained. I have full documentation of all email communication showing that I remained professional throughout, and that their "we'd like to make it right" response on Google was simply for appearance's sake. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly insulting. I would strongly caution others to think twice before spending thousands of dollars here. They promise results they don't deliver, and once you express any concern, they completely turn their back on you!

But we found out today their policy has changed, only the patient can go in the room. But, because of something my husband found concerning on my leg , my husband wanted to go into the room with me and he was told no. I asked David about it, he said he stood by this, and they "run more efficiently" when only the patient is in the room". What does that mean ? It might cost you a minute or two, and time is money? I don't think his dad would have disallowed a concerned spouse of 35 years to accompany me. What a shame. We will find a new doctor.

This office is now under the UC medical umbrella. After dropping my dad off I parked the car. Just a minute later upon entering he had finished checking in at the counter. In about 6 minutes he was called to the back. In less than 30 minutes he was done and back at the receptionist desk. The staff was very friendly and professional. While waiting for my dad they asked me if I was there for an appointment myself to confirm that no patients were overlooked. My dad was quite pleased by the visit. Only minor preventative action by the doctor was needed. Overall I was very impressed by the staff and the service my dad received here. I found Doctor Hoppenjans to always be professional and friendly and left feeling that he cared about his patients. I always felt like I had left a person who had an uplifting spirit. He answered any questions that I had and took care of any issues that I had. Do not believe that 'one negative' review. Maybe the doctor had a bad day or perhaps the patient was just a bad patient too. You never know. I wish Dr. Hoppenjans well as he explores retirement (which is what I heard circa 2019).

The office staff are not the best and brightest. I wouldn't even try to call and ask a question. If you call the office and actually get through to someone, you should go buy a lottery ticket. Once you do get through to someone, they generally cannot answer your question. On more than one occasion, they have told me they would call me back with an answer and I never got a call.

I asked if they would call in 5 pills to hold her over until her appointment and they said NO. Seriously?! You won't call in 5 pills? If she doesn't show up, she gets no more pills but they said no, that's our policy. So I'm taking her to primary care instead. They can treat her just as easily!!!! AND since they have been treating her since birth (15 years), they called in the prescription without needing to see her first. That's called good patient service!!!!
