All of those fears quickly went away, however, after my experience at this St. Elizabeth location! I scheduled an appointment online through their website, and was able to make it about two weeks in advance. I didn't have a MyChart account prior to my appointment, so the nurse that checked me in helped me set up my account in-person, and even walked me through how to make future appointments! My actual exam was with Dr. Trumble, and she was fabulous. So kind and knowledgable - exactly what you'd want from a doctor. The entire facility looks brand new - everything was clean and updated. I asked one of the nurses how long they'd been in this location, and she said it opened shortly before the pandemic. Next door to the primary care center, they also have a lab center. I bopped over here on a separate morning to complete some bloodwork, and was so surprised that they had me in and out in 10 minutes! You don't even need an appointment. Everyone that I interacted with at both of these experiences was incredibly friendly and helpful - I don't think I'll seek medical treatment anywhere else as long as I'm living in NKY!

The work was done superbly, the customer service was "EXCELLENT" (called us regularly to give updates on progress, dealt with insurance, etc), and had the car fixed in a short period of time for the amount of damage done. First of all, the woman who is drawing blood doubles as the receptionist, and I'm 99% sure no one else is even employed here. When I walked in there were two women sitting in the front of the waiting room chugging water because she wasn't able to figure out how to take their blood. Lord knows what she was doing back there whilst they were upfront, but she even made one of them lock the door because she was about to go on her lunch break and too lazy to go lock it herself! I became sketched out by the entire establishment very quickly and unsurprisingly, a quick Google search will show reviews stating that they re-use the needles (on the same patient I HOPE) if they fail to collect blood with the first poke. I obviously left before getting any lab work done after reading that. Do not go here under any circumstances.

This specific location is off the beaten path and you'll literally miss it if you blink. The sign is overgrown with trees so you can drive right past it without knowing. Presumably there is some sort of statute in this part of the county that will not allow them a larger sign. They do, however, have hot food most of the time given all the factories nearby, they have to ensure the employees have plenty of food to eat, which they do a great job of. Unlike many speedways, you go to after your first shift workers go home for the day. There is no more food that Speedway prepares.

I have been to many dentists before and I can 100% say they are the best. Not to mention some of my favorites like Chantel who is an amazing person to not just talk to and laugh with while she is working on me but takes her time with her work and explains everything in simple terms with me if I have any questions she always answers them and is even trying to convince me to become a dental assistant which she thinks i will be good at based on my understanding of teeth even though sometimes she makes me bleed my own blood (our inside joke). She genuinely cares about her patients and does her job so frickin amazing. And dont forget Sam, even though its been a while since she's been my assistant she is still my OG. I love both of them to death and the whole Hebron Advanced team could not be any better at their jobs.
