I recently moved and needed a new chiropractor and my coworker recommended Dr. Schuler and I am so grateful she did! I spent TWO hours on my first visit learning, trying different methods of treatment, and talking through my issues. During my visit I received a thorough exam where Schuler checked off boxes and rated how I performed for each step. I laid on a rolling/heated massage bed and received stem therapy on my neck (he even asked if I wanted to stay on it a little longer). I performed some stretches on a medicine ball. Then, I laid on bed and received stem therapy on my back with heating pads. With a handheld machine Schuler massaged my back before my adjustment, which he used an instrument for instead of manipulating with cracking my back. Schuler is old school and he goes by the book - literally pulled out a textbook and showed me the exact steps it says to take for an exam and he did all of them. If you are too busy and just want someone high tech with no personality don't come here. If you want someone who cares about you and the practice deeply, who is willing to educate you, and who lets you decide your care then come here. read more

I've been visiting Dr. Schuler for nearly two years now. Through regular visits (typically every three weeks), he's helped me get rid of consistent migraines that I'd had for yearssss prior. I'd been to a few chiropractors in the past, so I definitely knew the general idea going into my first visit. However, Dr. Schuler has a different process than other chiropractors. You begin your visit lying face up on a massage table of sorts, that Dr. Schuler says helps you relax and loosens your spine so he can adjust with precision. Sometimes he used a TENS machine here too, but not every time. You do this for about ten minutes, then I typically head back to a different room to stretch out for another ten minutes. Assistants will typically walk you through how to stretch based on which areas are tight/sore. Before the actual adjustment, an assistant will use another type of massager on your back, neck and hips while you're lying facedown for about five minutes. This is incredibly relaxing for me, but I have heard some other patients opt out because they're in too much pain. The actual adjustment is quick - Dr. Schuler asks you to rate your pain in whichever parts of the body you marked down when you first arrived. He uses an adjustment tool instead of his hands - again, he says this is more about precision. The office is always clean - and the assistants sanitize every room after a patient has used it. There's no designated parking lot, but I've never not been able to find street parking close by. I've had to push back and postpone appointments several times, and Dr. Schuler is always flexible. One of the best parts about scheduling here is that he's open for a few hours on Saturday's! This is SO helpful for people who can't come in during regular business hours. Not only is Dr. Schuler a great chiropractor - he cares about his patients. He asks thoughtful questions, and remembers details from visit to visit. For example, at the beginning of this year, I told him I was taking my brother to visit a few colleges later on in February. He not only remembered when we were going, but which colleges we were visiting, and asked me how the trip was weeks later. I've never had a doctor who cares about their patients like this. read more

Look no further for a chiropractor in Cincinnati! Seriously. I moved to the city this past NYE and a couple months back I messed up my lower back, causing me terrible sciatica pain down from my lower back to the middle of the back of my thigh. I had 8/10 pain on my left side and my lower right side was in about 7/10 pain with stiffness from overcompensating when I walk. I went to another local chiropractor (I will be respectful and withhold their name) and after 4 visits, I felt absolutely no change. I felt like there was little to no diagnosis of my condition and the manual adjustments were general, quick and ended with a TENS unit treatment afterwards (My logic would think to do it before hand to loosen the surrounding muscles, but I am no Dr.). The end result was me looking for another chiropractor and I am SO grateful I trusted Dr. Schuler as my next choice. I got the exact opposite treatment with Dr. Schuler compared to that of the prior chiropractor: He took prob about 15 mins to do a series of tests to determine what the problem area was. After that he had me lay on my back on heated table with a series of rollers underneath that moved up and down my back to loosen my muscles up. After a maybe five plus mins I was moved to another room with exercise balls and shown some stretches to do tailored to the area I was addressing. I am horrible with measuring time, but it felt like 15-20 mins of purely prep before I was even adjusted, and it made all the difference in the outcome. The adjustment was done with using a tool, which I never have had done, but as someone on Yelp mentioned, it is all about being precise in the areas of adjusting. It went pretty quick, and I walked out of there with the tiniest amount of pain, but easily 75% better just from that one visit. The sciatica pain was non-existent, which was amazing. This is only my experience, but what a great experience it was. What I really appreciate about Dr. Schuler is the time he took to explain and show me everything that was going on with my spine and why I was feeling the way I did. Ends up I had a bulging disc that was pinching my nerve. He showed me with the lower spine model what was going on and I left feeling very educated about the treatment he gave. That with the fact I walked out the door almost pain-free on the first visit, had me sold. I have had 5 follow up appointments to address the less severe areas and I am so darn happy I am not wincing in pain every time I take a step. The last chiropractor that failed to treat my sciatica would always say "ok, well we are gonna get you fixed up", but Dr. Schuler actually did it! I am beyond amazed as to how amazing Dr Schuyler is. I have been to several chiropractors in the past in California and did not get any relief. I have only been going here since November 2024 and every time I leave I feel instant relief from the pain I have been experiencing. I explained to Fr Schuler that I experienced a claw hand in which my thumb and index finger cramped up and was extremely painful. He throughly explained the cause and how it happens. Also, shows you where the source is coming from. My pelvic hip on the right side was out of place, and through these appointments, I cannot believe how much better I feel. My foot would cramp up due to a pinched nerve. He provided and adjustment and I no longer felt lopsided and pain. This is the most honest doctors office I have ever dealt with. Have gone to Dr. Schuler for about a year and a half now, initially went as a continuation of care from some lower spine issues from an injury years ago. After sometime and several appointments he was able to alleviate the pain and help me to recover. He has always worked with me to get me in on days I didn't have an appointment as well due to random pain or issues. His staff are always extremely well mannered, considerate and professional. I still schedule appointments from time to time there and always feel my calls are returned promptly, and that I'm taken care of. Dr. Schuler has been extremely helpful at making sure that I understand what is going on with my back. He is very good at explaining it in a couple different ways so us normies understand him. I strained my back earlier in the year, and could not stand the pain while sleeping anymore. Searched for chiropractors in the Blue Ash area and Dr. Schuler come up. I've never been to a chiropractor and was leery about going to just anyone. After reading the great reviews on yelp about him I trusted what others said about him, and Gave him a call. He is great! He schooled me on which part of the spine I strained and how to fix it. After leaving his office I felt taller, and the pain subsided until the following week. My parents have been coming to Dr. Schuler for years. I came in because I had pain in my right hip flexor and it was extremely uncomfortable to walk around. I'm not really sure what triggered it. I was able to make an appointment the next day and hobbled in. When you sign in, you are given a sheet with a front and back view body diagram which you mark the issues you were having. I marked my right hip flexor and other areas that were stiff and aching. Dr. Schuler recommended that I got stim treatment (electrical stimulation) to help with the inflammation and swelling. After stim, Dr. Schuler adjusted my spine and showed me a couple of stretching movements to help. And just like that, the pain in my hip flexor was 70% gone. No more limping! I still felt some achiness and had to make a couple more visits back, but I felt so much better compared to when I walked in. I highly recommend Dr. Schuler. I began seeing Dr Schuler when I was 6 months pregnant. I had very painful right sided Hydronephrosis and a compressed Ureter - the doctors could offer me nothing other than narcotics (which I did not accept) and the possibility of placing stents if my pain did not improve. I was at my wits end, losing weight rapidly and in agony, affecting my ability to work as a nurse. I decided to try chiropractic medicine as I was not feeling improvements with massage alone. I went to Dr. Shuler originally because he was close by in the neighborhood but am sooo glad I found him. After only a few visits, I am pain free... No drugs, no surgery. He is very knowledgeable and pin-pointed my issue initially just from my description over the phone. He is very specific in his treatment. He's not just cracking stuff and faking it.
