The staff - pretty nice and explained everything. WiFi - Great speed and I had no trouble connecting my devices. *It is only "on" Mon-Fri 6am-6pm Magazines - there were not many to choose, but they were current and representative of diverse interests (Sports Illustrated, Time, Cincinnati Mag. ) The patient and friend are notified via a vibrating and beeping restaurant type pager device that fits in a pocket and has sufficient range that works not only in the upstairs waiting room, but in the parking lot as well. Misc - The coat rack is large and has plenty of room for coats. The bathroom has really cold water, the hot water did not seem to be hooked up. Not necessary to have clean hands, but it was kind of annoying. Waiting Room - The waiting room on the second floor is nice and a decent place to spend a half hour to an hour. Sadly I overheard someone talking about their chemo and after just seeing 50/50, I felt bad for them. Patients (homophonic pun intended) are scheduled 1 hour before the actual appointment and we certainly waited a looooong time. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/oUOlnqdvfEAhN2KNKqtFVg?select=HBZwUpGzNtvzGPn4GnIGog I think we were there about and hour and a half or longer before our buzzer went off. While I hope that I never need to be 'scoped, TCEC is a decent place with competent healthcare professionals.

My wife was satisfied with her first visit a few years prior; but this last visit was disapointing…read more I was waiting for her in the 2nd floor waiting area and saw a bedbug. Yes, I know what a bedbug looks like. I didn't want to scare anyone else in the room, and simply told the receptionist. A little while later someone came in the waiting room spraying alcohol and wipping things down. We talked a little and she said it wasn't the first time she was asked to do the same thing. A bit later I was told to sit with my wife as she recovered. I overheard a nurse say that number 3 (my wife) was "the one with bedbugs" and that they would have to wipe it down. I went up to the nurse and said that I was pretty sure (we now know for sure) that we did not bring the begbug with us. I also mentioned that the person spraying alcohol for bugs was asked more than once to do so. The nurse was adament that alcohol was 100% effective on bedbugs. I agreed that is was effective when sprayed DIRECTLY on bedbugs; but asked "what about the ones in the crevises of the chairs and other furniture in the room?" She still insisted that we must have brought it in. I didn't argue anymore. She seemed annoyed with us for the rest of the visit.

Incompetence or illegality at the highest level…read more Thomas Predey, MD of 'affordable medical imaging of Cincinnati, Ohio who told me that, "In 20 years of imaging he'd never seen an order for both a brain MRI and a neck and head MRI at the same time. Really? The receptionist told the couple in front of me that it would be 1 or 2 days before the results came in. I asked if they could be emailed and she told me no, probably for security reasons. So, imagine my surprise, when I arrived home in Columbus 2 hours later and flipped through my emails, head pounding, and found my 'results' had been sent to me 1 1/2 hours after shooting the MRI. Seriously, you can look through two patients before me and 600 images of me in under two hours? What a crock. Clearly this is not incompetence, but criminal behavior. So I emailed https://radiologyassist.com/ and sure enough the lady told me that he only shot the brain and it is not the problem. It is the neck and head for which I specifically went to Cincinnati to have them shoot. Radiologyassist.com did refund the second amount but that is little solace when you dying.

She is quick to rush you out the door & limits the amount of health complaints you can talk to her about during your visit. She told me the clinic only allows her to spend 7-10 minutes per patient & spends most of this time typing in her laptop so be prepared for her to walk out of the room when your time is up! Lately she is not really concerned with patient care. She does no research when it comes to helping a patient that is not doing well & she simply tries multiple medications until she can hopefully guess which one may or may not help you feel better. She looks tired & frustrated & this comes across with her lack of compassion & NASTY attitude towards the staff & patients. You can hear her yelling at her staff routinely when she is upset. I believe she has forgotten that without a loyal staff she could not be successful at helping patients improve their health.. Don't bother calling the triage nurse over the phone if you need a refill; it takes more than a week for the office to get back to you or your pharmacy but they will try to get you to come in for more visits to get your refills which most doctors will do over the phone when they call your pharmacy. Stay away from this clinic! The nasty attitude of this doctor has confirmed to me that she is not happy with her job but that is no reason for her to take it out on her staff & patients. Doctor Weatherington either quit your job & move on or think back to why you became a Doctor way back during your younger days. I am sure you have lost your way & pray you find it again. If not just retire... you are done!
