I switched to Spine and Wellness after not having much relief from other more conservative treatments. At spine and wellness, they immediately jumped into alternate therapies like red light therapy, acupuncture, muscle stimulation, and activator adjustments. Imaging was done on first visit to streamline my treatment plan. Problem areas were identified immediately, and focused treatments have been implemented from the beginning treatment. I came to Spine and Wellness after breaking a bone in my foot, breaking my femur, and having tendinitis in my elbow. I had pain in my foot while walking or just sitting still. I was becoming immobile. I had acupuncture and adjustments on my back and spine at first 3 times a week, then 2 and later once a week. I now only have this routine once a month. Dr. Metzger and his staff are truly amazing. My husband has been seeing Dr. Metzger for over a year now for regular maintenance.
