I provided the new numbers/information digital bu they still refused me after driving all the way out here simply needing serious help with my skin. I understand doctors need to see proof of insurance, but she didn't at the very least even have the professionalism or decency to come out and speak to me about it, rather had the front desk shun me even though I was visibly tearful and stressed since I spent the time driving all the way out looking forward with getting help with my acne. She has an aggressive nurse who has been incredibly rude and has an arbitrary policy for late arrivals - I can't tell if it's 5 minutes or 10, but I've been in both scenarios and there is no grace period in her mind for a downtown office. It's so aggressive, I won't be back. It'll ruin your day.

I found Doctor Hoppenjans to always be professional and friendly and left feeling that he cared about his patients. I always felt like I had left a person who had an uplifting spirit. He answered any questions that I had and took care of any issues that I had. Do not believe that 'one negative' review. Maybe the doctor had a bad day or perhaps the patient was just a bad patient too. You never know. I wish Dr. Hoppenjans well as he explores retirement (which is what I heard circa 2019).

She was told by the office staff (after she paid her co-pay) that if the Dr has to do surgery, he could be an hour or more late! When asked if they could have called her because she had to go to work....the reply was..."then we would be calling 40 patients"! I did exactly that -- I emailed them politely and respectfully, hoping to resolve things privately. Instead, their reply blamed me entirely, offered no solution or compensation, and ended by telling me they were no longer willing to provide me with any services simply because I complained. I have full documentation of all email communication showing that I remained professional throughout, and that their "we'd like to make it right" response on Google was simply for appearance's sake. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly insulting. I would strongly caution others to think twice before spending thousands of dollars here. They promise results they don't deliver, and once you express any concern, they completely turn their back on you!

Incompetence or illegality at the highest level…read more Thomas Predey, MD of 'affordable medical imaging of Cincinnati, Ohio who told me that, "In 20 years of imaging he'd never seen an order for both a brain MRI and a neck and head MRI at the same time. Really? The receptionist told the couple in front of me that it would be 1 or 2 days before the results came in. I asked if they could be emailed and she told me no, probably for security reasons. So, imagine my surprise, when I arrived home in Columbus 2 hours later and flipped through my emails, head pounding, and found my 'results' had been sent to me 1 1/2 hours after shooting the MRI. Seriously, you can look through two patients before me and 600 images of me in under two hours? What a crock. Clearly this is not incompetence, but criminal behavior. So I emailed https://radiologyassist.com/ and sure enough the lady told me that he only shot the brain and it is not the problem. It is the neck and head for which I specifically went to Cincinnati to have them shoot. Radiologyassist.com did refund the second amount but that is little solace when you dying.
