I made an appointment for help, (which mind you takes forever to get into in Cincinnati) and they turned me away because my insurance got renewed a week ago and a copy hasn't come in the mail yet. I provided the new numbers/information digital bu they still refused me after driving all the way out here simply needing serious help with my skin. I understand doctors need to see proof of insurance, but she didn't at the very least even have the professionalism or decency to come out and speak to me about it, rather had the front desk shun me even though I was visibly tearful and stressed since I spent the time driving all the way out looking forward with getting help with my acne. She has an aggressive nurse who has been incredibly rude and has an arbitrary policy for late arrivals - I can't tell if it's 5 minutes or 10, but I've been in both scenarios and there is no grace period in her mind for a downtown office. It's so aggressive, I won't be back. It'll ruin your day.

I am also aware that Dr Morgan's granddaughter was a BABY at that time and am certain he was not inappropriately referring to overweight individuals, but expressing pride at how his healthy little granddaughter was growing/progressing. It is unfortunate that Lauren, in her self consciousness, misrepresents a very positive situation. Dr. Morgan is highly recommended!

Awful SIX month experience with this doctor…read more I am worse now than when I began seeing him. During the short time that I was his patient, he left on three different "weeks out of the office". Two of those weeks, my medications had not been called in and it hindered my progress. The only one in the office that apologized for that was his nurse, and it wasn't even her fault! I was told that I should have called the office instead of sending a MyChart Message, but even then - there's not another dermatologist that takes his calls when he's out. He is not a good listener at all. When booking an appointment, the time you spend with him is TEN minutes. He is completely full of himself and really gives off the impression that the patient is a waste of his time. At my very first visit, he got a text with a picture of his granddaughter and commented on how much weight she'd gained! (I'm overweight....it was super awkward!) He goes weeks without returning calls or messages, and when they are returned - it's never him, so questions can't be answered. I wasted six months with him. Glad to finally be with a new dermatologist who values my time, health, and perspective!

They were able to get me in a couple of weeks. I didn't have to wait long. There is a $25.00 fee for new patients (non refundable) which I understand incase of no shows. They sent me a questionnaire and health info information to fill out online so I didn't have to do it at the office. Very easy and quick. This place is pretty big, not only do they do dermatology, it's also a place they do Botox and other cosmetic procedures. It's so clean and the staff is attentive/ super friendly. My dermatologist was Emi Dougherty, CNP - Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was very patient and answered all my questions. They prescribed me Opzelura cream for my eczema. It's worker so far and I scheduled another appointment for follow up and skin test. Overall I am satisfied with my visit and recommend coming here.

She removed the one my dr was concerned with very quickly & painlessly. I just would have liked more info. We came to the Medical Office Building and was informed on My Chart to arrive 15 minutes early to the appointment. When we got here at 7:45 a.m. the lady at the suite we were going to asked us ver TV rudely what we wanted. Then immediately looked at me (husband) and said I couldn't be there due to covid. She added that I needed to leave and then locked my pregnant wife out of the suite. 2 minutes before the suite was to open, they finally let my wife in. All in all, the doctor was very nice and allowed my wife to facetime me so I could hear my baby's heartbeat. St E's seems to have an issue with rude staff. Would give 0 stars, but the doctor was nice enough to allow a facetime.

This past holiday season my mother decided to have some minor plastic surgery done. I won't go into…read morethe details because it will make me slightly nauseous. She chose to go to the Plastic Surgery Group. My mother's doctor was Dr. Leadbetter. He was a cheery guy wearing an Ohio State head wrap. Now for the interesting piece of trivia. Dr. Leadbetter's hobby is sculpting. Not people, stone! It kinda makes you feel better about the guy sculpting your body huh? Besides the fact that this place is the business of taking people in, chopping them up, and then sending them off, they did a good job with my mom. She is very happy with the results. Karen, the nurse who took care of my mom, has a great personality and she really bonded with my mom during her pre and post-op appointments. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was that directly after the surgery, sure they gave her a chance to wake up from the anesthesia, she was rushed to get dressed and get out. The woman just had major surgery! This angered me a little, I mean they had just cut her open! Everyone should think twice about getting plastic surgery. The healing process is hard. However, sometimes it is needed for health reasons. In either case, you'll be in good hands at this facility.

I had a consult for a lift on July 19, 2023. I had decided after having had a few other consults…read morewith other surgeons that i would have my surgery here. I was assured that I would not lose enough breast tissue for anyone to notice. I kept getting told i was getting a lift. Not a reduction. I secured financial responsibility and had all my visits to prepare for my surgery. On August 30th i went under the knife. Dr Steven Robinson didnt even have the decency to go and talk to my husband who was waiting for me. He called him. Very Unprofessional in my opinion. We had just spent $12,000. It would have been money well spent had he done his job and did it good. 20+ years "Dr" Robinson had been cutting into people and somehow I was the one that got butchered. My incisions were deep, crooked, he overlapped causing a crease in my skin under my arms and my left breast incision had been coming open and infected. I had to buy butterfly bandages to pull incision back together and that didn't even work. Not to mention I literally bled from my incisions for weeks. I went into surgery a DDD and came out a D....but I "didnt" get a reduction. I became very self conscious and didn't leave the house for 6 months. I had always been a big chested girl until Robinson cut into me. I had spoke to the office manager about getting some money back as all I had gotten out of this was a botched surgery and scars that will last a lifetime. (Not a lift) One of my scars (now that it's been almost 2 years) is literally 1.5" wide. I wanted a lift to feel sexy and now I'm scarred for life. I dont feel sexy i feel ugly and damaged. I couldn't wait any longer so I went to The Plastic Surgery Institue in Dayton where I got 440 cc's implants put in just to get back to a DDD. How did I get that big of implants if he didnt remove any tissue? After going back and forth with the office they refused to pay me anything. I even told the office manager about my implants. I asked how did I have to get that big of implants to get back to my size before surgery if he hadnt removed tissue. She didnt have any answer. I highly recommend you NOT have Robinson do anything for you. He obviously needs to retire! **I tried to post some pics but for some reason its not working.
