We started out our morning wanting to test drive a single Kia Sportage on Mr. Cooley's lot that we found on the Kia website, it had exactly what we wanted in our new vehicle including the right color and price. Our salesman listened to what we told him about just wanting to test drive this certain vehicle and got everything all set for us to drive the SUV, which meant getting it off the showroom floor and outside for us. We all jumped in and as my wife and I took turns driving he was explaining the vehicle to us. It's really nice and not found anywhere anymore where you can buy a vehicle exactly the way you want to, except at Clay Cooley. Absolutely nothing hidden about anything through the whole process, not even the last minute high pressure sale done in signing. Just pure honesty from start to finish. The whole time my wife and I expected the other shoe to drop kinda thing to happen, it never did. Those commercials you see on TV that the Cooley family does are true, except they don't show you just how honest they are cause that would just take up way too much time. The only regrets I have after my purchase is I wish I would have bought every car I have ever owned from the Cooley family and it's too bad they don't sell homes, could use some honest people in that business lol. read more

we have purchased 5 vehicles from Clay Cooley. not only do they do everything they can to help you get into the car that you want, but service is also great. My car had recall and a check engine light on and I had only had it for nine months. I took it to a few Kia dealers and it was a serious recall. The other Kia service centers did not want to help have a loaner car but also informed me that they were anywhere for 1 to 3 weeks out from being able to even do diagnostics but that they would check my car in and keep it and no rental. I decided to go to Clay Cooley Irving where I originally purchased the vehicle to the service center, and they checked my car in the same day. They also set me up in a loaner car.. They also had the diagnostic done the same day before I was even done getting the loaner car. Found out I needed a new motor that was on a Friday.. by Saturday they already had the warranty figured out. Had parts ordered in my car. We had to get a new vehicle after an accident and Christopher Wheeler could not have been nicer working with us! He really knew how to help us! He met us outside on a warm summer afternoon in July and was able to answer our questions and show us all the vehicles he had over about 2 hours. I'm very pleased with my experience. I called several Kia dealerships looking for help with my check engine light being on. Everyone in the Metroplex told me itd be at least two days before they could even look at it, the Mesquite dealer told me 6 days before they could look at it. I finally called Irving Kia and Doug in the service department picked up the phone and took great care of me. Got me in the same day diagnosed my problem and got it taken care of under warranty. Had the best experience with precious, darran my two salesmen's and the finance manager andrew. they went exceedingly above and beyond for me and my spouse. we intentionally went in to purchase 1 car(got exactly what we came in for 2026 k5 gt line). I then asked for an appraisal on my charger( which I also got from clay cooley dodge) just for fun. They expressed that they could purchase that car they covered the negative equity and I paid 0 down on my brand new 2026. I went in today to repair a flat tire I was immediately taken care of by MICHAEL. Super friendly. super informative. He told me he would get it repaired as quick as possible. he directed me to the lounge offered me water and snacks. About 15-20 mins later he told me it was done.
