Treated me once I got to counter to order. I had already looked at the menu before going over so I knew what I wanted. Ordered the chicken and sausage jambalaya with potato salad. They were out of the chicken and sausage jambalaya so I had to wait about 20 mins for them to make a new batch. That was ok because I knew it would be fresh and hot. Waited at a table for my food to go. Took it back to the hotel. The jambalaya had a good flavor to it. The chicken was a rough chop so you got small pieces and large pieces which was nice. Some of the rice was a bit dry and crunchy but over all it was good. The potato salad was good but I think the potatoes were a bit over cooked and make the salad taste like mashed potatoes. I could not see the sweet relish or taste the crunch but I know it was in there, the potato salad had a sweet taste to it. I like it better than mustard based ones. The cornbread was on point, only missed some butter. It was sweet and good consistency. The banana pudding was better the next day after I throw it on the fridge. Not sure if the short drive made it warm up or if their fridge was not working too well. It did need a little more fresh banana chunks for my liking but it was good over all. This location is recommended.
