Some friends from school decided to stop at Hook between classes but didn't get back until 5 minutes before class started. I had to work late tonight and had place to eat. I ten remembered my niece telling me about Hook Fish and chicken's fried shrimp. So I decided to pay them a visit. Upon ordering my food , the customer service was exceptional. Once I ordered my food and pulled up to the window, the cashier asked if this was my first time at their establishment. I responded with "yes". I handed him my card to pay for my food. When giving my card back to me he gave me a free cheesecake just because it was my first time coming. The food was fresh and most importantly the best tasting shrimp that I have eaten. The flavor profile is different than any shrimp I've tried. The cheesecake was so good that my wife consumed 3/4th's of it and she doesn't even like cheesecake!!! All this to say that the customer service is a 10.
