Went here to get my fake nails removed. The guy literally started painfully prying and ripping them off one by one. He then ended up ripping one of my real nails like an entire corner. It was so painful I was crying and horrified. I asked him to please just soak them. The lady ended up having to glue it back together and put powder on it to keep it together. Not sure if it's the amount of glue she had to use or what but it also made my natural nail yellowish. And to top it all off they charged me 15$. I am extremely traumatized and would warn anyone from going here. read more

I've tried coming here multiple times because it is in town and convenient. Every time I come I'm disappointed. I get pedicures and they do the BARE minimum. i thought I'd try one more time, but make an appointment with someone who I've been told is "good". I showed up for my appointment and after 15 minutes was told she was at someone's house doing their nails. They asked if someone else could do my pedicure and against my better judgment I said yes. I got the employee I've had 2 bad experiences with and again, I should have left but stayed. He cut my toenails down to the skin, gave me lukewarm water and did the bare minimum. I will never return. I finally got a manicure and pedicure. I wanted to support a local shop decide on classy nails. Really disappointing, service, manicure and pedicure. Betty did my pedicure, Betty's style is very very light message, no trimming and poor filing of toenails, the clear polish created a yellow to my toe nails. Jennifer did my manicure, she never trimmed my nails. She left them differing lengths, rough, and scuffed up. I declined the clear on my nails...I didn't want them to have a yellow tint. So far I have been twice and has great experiences both times with Linda. I get a pedicure with gel polish. It typically lasts about three weeks without any chipping. Came in on a Thursday afternoon for an impromptu fill with Leo while I waited for my daughter to finish her physical therapy. Leo did an amazing job in less than an hour. I have been going here for about 5 months. I moved to Ripon from Modesto. The first few times everything was wonderful. I gave great reviews as I was extremely satisfied with the work that my nail tech née did. However she was the only one that could do my nails correctly. I went in to fix a nail and get a color change, my tech was busy so the owner Lin had me go to a younger male who complained the entire time about how long my nails were and how they were difficult to paint. He ended up filing them and they were very tough and bumpy, so I called the owner and the owner and the next day she had me come in and get them fixed by née. I continue to have problems now every time I go. I think my tech is amazing but the owner is constantly accepting walk ins and is rushing my tech to finish. I make an appointment every time and because my tech is rushing she's been forgetting to do the designs correctly and this past time she forgot to clear coat 2 of my nails. They had foil on them so by he time I noticed about 20 minutes later the nails were ruined and I pay a lot to get them done snd I leave a great tip. I think if you have regular customers who you know tip well and make appointments, you should be accepting walk in when your techs are already swamped. It's been out of co trip there lately. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for years. Especially since covid, I have been making my pedicure appointments ahead of time. This is not the first time I have had to wait, even though I have an appointment. Poor time management. This place is only concerned about how many people they can get in and out the door. They do not care or even realize what customer service is or care for customer loyalty. My time is important and when I make an appointment I'm there for my appointment. I do not want to wait 10, 15 or 20 minutes for you to finish the walk in customer you took before my appointment. How disrespectful. I came in recently to get my nails done and I was helped right away even though I didn't have an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Betty was the one who helped me and she was quick but very detailed! She did such an amazing job, especially since I got my nails a lot longer than people usually do. She spent the time to ensure they were filed evenly and they honestly were the best set of gel acrylics I have ever had! Also the price was extremely reasonable especially compared to other salons in the Central Valley. Will not be returning to Classy Nails. So call boss named Linh is very rude and unprofessional . I've went many times loved this nail salon. But today I went with a friend to get her nails painted like how we would normally .I was sitting right next to her while one of the nail artist was painting her nails. Linh comes up to me and tells me to "move over". I had no problem with moving because there was another person wanting to sit there but it's just the way she announced it and the way it was toned where everyone could hear. Came into the nail salon A WEEK ago with my family from out of state. Came in for 5 pedicures, two gel manicures, and two powder fills. All of the pedicures turned out well and the gel nails were great. We did have problems with the powder fills. One asked for BLACK powder fill and it was navy blue, and the other fill was yellow and was not the correct color so the manicurist had my cousin wait another hour so she could fix it and took another customer while she sent my cousin to go wash her hands. My gel has already chipped and peeled off for me and my toe nails are already peeling after a week. Will not be coming back. read more

I went here on June 1st for a pedicure and a manicure. I was going on vacation and wanted pretty nails. I've been here before but over a year ago. I have 2 different reviews. The pedicure I would rate a 2 star and manicure a 1 star. Here is why: Pedicure: I opted for a pedicure with shellac polish and also wanted the hot wax treatment. The massage felt great. I am pregnant so it felt even better. I thoroughly enjoyed it up until the lady decided to file my nails in a way that was sharp and uneven. I didn't notice it until I had left. But it's not that big of a deal. I feel like I was rushed. Which infuriates me because I paid close to $100 dollars. The lady who gave me a pedicure painted my nails while I was receiving my manicure. So my manicure wasn't enjoyable. Manicure: my manicure started while I was in the pedicure chair. I had to hold a bowl of warm water on my lap. Which was odd since I would have to pick it up while the pedicurist was doing my feet. Again, I feel I was rushed. But okay. So after my pedicure was done it was time for polish of all my nails. Again, it was difficult to enjoy my massage that came with my manicure due to the fact I was getting polish applied on my toes. Lastly, I asked for 4 flowers to be painted on my nailed. 2 on my feet and 2 on both my ring fingers. The two on my feet= flawless and cute. The manicurist completely messed up my left flower. But instead of fixing it she just let it be. After 2 $10 dollar tips and $70+ dollars of service I'm so disappointed. It was 8 days after that my nails started to chip. I was under the impression it lasted over 2 weeks. I have never written a review. On anything. But I am so disappointed that I felt the need to write my experience.
