We're about two hours away, so this was definitely a destination stop for us, but I'd say it was worth the drive. It's drive through only, which we somehow completely missed because we walked right up to the door at first. Oops! In our defense, we hadn't had any caffeine yet, so our brains were clearly not fully operational. The guy working was so kind and friendly and let us know they were drive through only without making us feel like complete idiots. He then gave us a menu, which is basically a binder FULL of fun options, and told us to take our time because there are seriously so many things to choose from. And WOW. The creativity here is next level! There are so many fun drinks, flavors, toppings, and combinations that choosing what to order is honestly half the experience. I wanted about 15 different things and had the hardest time narrowing it down. The gal who brought our blender drink out was also incredibly sweet and friendly. I believe she may be the owner, and she was just as lovely as the guy we had spoken with! And just LOOK at the drinks. They're basically edible works of art. So colorful, over the top, completely extra, sweet, and exactly the kind of coffee shop experience I love. The attention to detail with the toppings alone is wild! This was one of those places where I immediately understood why I kept seeing it online and thinking, "I NEED to go there." The drinks are so fun, the people are genuinely kind, and the whole concept is just so creative! Was I willing to drive four hours round trip for a fun drink? Absolutely. Would I do it again? Honestly... yes!

He gives us ample time to review the menu.. more time than we need but you just kind of wait until he comes back.. no biggie. We ordered a cotton candy shake and apparently it comes in a glass cup. He let my kid decide which design she wanted. The total was $30 which I thought was kind of steep but worth it because of the cute glass. However!! The stickers on the glass are not secure and they kind of just peel off. Happened when we got our drink and even worse once you hand wash it. Drink was cutely decorated but the taste was a bit sweet for our liking and the 4 of us couldn't finish it. Overall, worth checking out but not sure I'd go back.

He didn't even ask for the order to be refunded. The barista snapped, "I have it right here! It's the only thing I've been working on this whole time!" We had both ordered 12 ounce cups, but she handed us a 12 and a 16. I asked if she was sure it was mine, as I had not ordered that size. Still apparently in a snit she snapped at me as well. "I only charged you for a twelve ounce!" I said it was fine, and as we walked away from the counter she called after us nastily, "Sorry you guys don't trust nothing!" We got to the car with our coffee and it was lukewarm and generally awful. We didn't object to the wait time. It was long, but maybe they were busy with the drive-through. And a bad cup of coffee isn't the end of the world. But neither my friend nor I had been rude to that barista, and there's simply no excuse for an employee of any business to be making nasty comments like that to customers. I rarely post negative reviews as I feel it's more productive to encourage good service than complain about bad. But if their employees are allowed to speak to customers that way, it says something about the business and if the owners don't know their employees are speaking to customers that way, they should probably be told. Absolutely won't go back.

The service was also perfectly okay--nothing spectacular, but fast enough and polite. Unfortunately, the drinks themselves left a lot to be desired. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea, and it tasted incredibly diluted. There was barely any actual tea flavor coming through. To make matters worse, the boba texture was pretty disappointing. It tasted like it had been sitting out for way too long. Instead of being completely soft and chewy, quite a few of the boba pearls had a distinctly hard interior. It's a lovely space to hang out, but they really need to step up their drink quality and boba freshness.

All this said, I'm a California girl right so my expectations of a black milk tea are fairly high. I found the black milk tea to be too watery, and too sweet even at 50% sweetness.
