The whole place was spotless and felt happy. This was Penelope's first grooming experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one. She's never liked baths, and I didn't know how she would react to having her hair cut especially since it had to go down pretty short.. But when I got there to pick her up, she was calm and just her normal excitement to see me. Not afraid to be there at all. I'm so happy that I found this place and these wonderful people to take care of her. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I asked to speak to to the groomer, which I guess is only OMAR he isn't there. I left a photograph of how the dog should be groomed. She couldn't care less. I went back to the parking lot. Thought about it went and got my dog and brought her home I will take her to another place. It may be a good groomer, but with that kind of treatment at the front desk and they're not giving you specific times for appointments I did not feel easy, leaving my dog in their hands.

Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this groomer…read more The business hours/sign clearly state "7:00 AM-12:00 PM for drop-off", and when we called to make our appointment, Jeremy specifically confirmed that we could drop our dog off on the agreed-upon date within those hours. Like anyone else, we planned our day around that appointment and the expectation that the business would be available during the hours provided. Unfortunately, this has now happened three times. We have arrived during the agreed-upon drop-off window and no one has been there. On two of those occasions, there were also other customers waiting. One time, Jeremy did eventually text us, but it was after we had already arrived. We completely understand that things come up and that life happens, but a simple text or call letting us know that he would be running late or that something unexpected came up would have made a huge difference. What is most frustrating is that our time is valuable too. We made arrangements around these appointments, only to have to turn around, take our dog back home, and rearrange our plans. After multiple occurrences, it no longer feels like an isolated situation but a pattern. We genuinely try to support small, local businesses, but unfortunately we will not be supporting this one any longer. If you are someone who has other plans scheduled around your dog's grooming appointment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. You cannot reliably plan your day around the drop-off hours or appointment time being honored.

Ive never experienced that issue with any of my animals, and it turned out to be some canned salmon on his breath, but her complaints were frankly unprofessional.After picking him from his first overnight stay when I asked how he did she said "I dont know what to say" then gave me a list if crimes my nine month old committed, like he barked so much she fed him 100 grams of valium, and this barking bothered her. A person in the dog boarding business complaining about dogs barking gave me a laugh. She made claims that my dog was starting fights, and bothering other dogs, so she kept him in a cage. Where he barked at the full moon. She made me move my car while we were talking, for no reason. All my dogs loved this place but its changed and it seems like the owners don't really like what they do.I wont be back.Edit: It took 24 hours for my baby to return to normal, he hardly recognized me and has three bites on his nose, he is big but friendly with other dogs, since the owner gave every indication that she didnt like my puppy Im sure she will have some excuse, I dont get it. He was bumping into things and drugged up, drinking so much water, hardly knew me. Please dont use this business, they pick and choose how they care for dogs, they decided that they don't like my nine month old dog and I find that unforgivable.
