Before I found them, I tried other groomers in town with Coco Bear and she would be there all day, where as SB Paws and Claws usually have everything done in under two hours. I recently brought in our new rescue, Pepper who we were told is a poodle, yorkie and maltese mix. It was her first haircut and they were so wonderful, updating me throughout the appointment to let me know how Pepper was doing as I was a little nervous her being away from me for the first time. They did a wonderful job of course, and it is clear that they really care about the pets that they work with!

It was uneven and didn't looks so good. I brought him here to get him evened out and get him on a good schedule. I was nervous about the blow dryer and how he would do for strangers. They took amazing care of him and sent me an update after his blow dry telling me he did great. When I came to pick him up I was so happy to see how good he looked. I didn't expect a huge difference since his hair was super short but he looked like a cloud. He wasn't nervous or stressed after which was also amazing. I asked if they hand stripped she said maybe she didn't know. I asked the range it would cost since it was only cash or check, she said she didn't know . I asked to speak to to the groomer, which I guess is only OMAR he isn't there. I left a photograph of how the dog should be groomed. She couldn't care less. I went back to the parking lot. Thought about it went and got my dog and brought her home I will take her to another place. It may be a good groomer, but with that kind of treatment at the front desk and they're not giving you specific times for appointments I did not feel easy, leaving my dog in their hands.
