I love this owner! She became my go to sewing lady when she took in my dad's two pants to hem given that it needs to be done within a week. She did move from Waipahu to her home location and due to the fact that she was unfortunately robbed twice. It's only a one woman show business so you have to be patient with her. I've read reviews about her attitude and lemme just say, she definitely gives off a firm Filipino nana attitude (iykyk ) so if you're expecting her anything besides that, please don't go to her. I love how intelligent she is about sewing, she dont just do as what you asked but also explains the process, material of your clothes, what might be the results etc. I've brought in items that she turned away lmao due to the fact that it wasn't washed yet and most likely will shrink after washing and drying due to the materials. So I went to this lady for an extension on both arms for my off-shoulder my wedding dress. On the first day meeting this lady for altercations, she was unsure and gave rude remarks on the simple job I had requested, she made me buy an expensive lace material from the fabric store for the extensions. Day 2, I bought the lace and she wrote the receipt without informing me about the price to my surprise she overcharged me with!!!! The only thing she said on Day 2 is to come in on Day 3 to pick it up. Day 3, I called to confirm and remind her and she cut me off and said that the dress was not ready yet and was suppose to pick it up the following week. Come fitting day, both arms measurements look very sloppy and uneven. She dare to overcharge me for the shitty work she did on the wedding gown and her LAME sorry excuse for the price is because my gown was heavy and not easy to fix. I do not recommend!!!!! read more

Purchased this shirt in the U.S. Virgin Is. twelve years ago...wore it three times. Extremely rare shirt/pattern when purchased. For some reason the fabric began disintegrating. Rips and holes where the sleeve joined the shirt began appearing. Most of the best tailors in Honolulu just said to throw it. However, it was my favorite and something just said, "keep trying." I found Classique and she restored to where you can't find the tears or the wholes. So very pleased with her work and the pricing is extraordinarily reasonable for what everyone else perceived as impossible. Just looks like new. read more

The lady was nice at first when getting your business. That all changed when I went to pick up my items. I brought up the fact it was too short and then she started accusing me that it was my fault and would charge extra for the corrections needed! She was the person doing the pinning! I will never come back here nor recommend this place. She also has a wall of shame up for unpaid checks. Those people were smart to do a stop payment when their job went wrong. Brought in two work uniform dresses with lining. The only sizes my employer had was one size too small and two sizes too big. Narutally i took the larger uniform. I needed a lot of work done from shortening the length of the dresses to removing two inches off the shoulder, gixing the darts on the bust, plus cutting down the size around my hips and waist by another eight inches of so. The woman who helped me was very sweet and truthful about the appearance of my uniform. She immediately pinned me and asked how I liked it. She immediately asked me if my employer would be paying for the alterations and I told her no. She made a face and told me to a ask them to reimburse because it would be expensive. My price was $68 per dress. I was very shocked and started to debate whether or not to do it but my husband supported the fact that i looked sloppy and unprofessional. I paid the price (about $137) and asked her how long it would take. She quoted me a week and a half---which I thought was lengthy but considering the number of items they had I figured I'd rather have I done right than rushed. I picked up my uniforms today and I was very impressed with the work she had done. I gave a small tip (as I don't care much cash usually) and I thanked her for her special attention to my requests. Don't go to this bitter lady she'll ruin great clothing! She knows her business is going under. Came in for a simple take in on the sides of a dress and she purposely hemmed the bottom and I never asked her to do that and it's too short for me now. Okay, this is you get what you pay for lesson. I called a lot of places looking for the best price. So this has landed me here in Waipahu. I checked yelp but this store has no review so far. At $8/tax a pair, I thought wow, this is great! Boy was I wrong, it turned out to be a nightmare. The lady, Christi, who says she's the owner, took the measurements. She was very sloppy in pinning. Did not make sure the measurements were accurate- just pinned one side without folding. Now the outcome was obvious. The pants length were all off, too long. She then proceeded to blame me. She wanted to charge me for the correction. Since she didn't, you can only guess how that turned out- too short! She even altered the invoice to support her in her claims. She tried to even keep my copy of the invoice when I came to pick up. For a person who gives out her business cards to a customer, shouldn't you treat them better? For not apologizing or admit your mistakes & trying to blame the customer, that's bad business. You know where that lands your business cards? In the trash where they belong. I'm sure there are better places at decent prices, this one here is not one of them. Oh, & talking bad about your customer who just walked out with one that just came in shows how much class you have. read more

I brought in my prom dress to be altered 5 days before prom and when i went to pick it up today, it was absolutely gorgeous and she did a wonderful job with it. She took the time to take out all the gems and reput them on with in such a short amount of time. I will definitely go back there again because she was so friendly and an amazing person overall!! read more
