The rooms look great too and love the bathroom (quite clean). The only part of the property that doesn't impress is the pool area; too cramped and feels kind of old. I LOVE that it's one of the nicer hotels that don't charge for silly stuff like a resort fee and no charge for parking; and they even have covered parking (parking floor under the building). The staff was very friendly; every visit they have been so nice. I hated my pillows and I complained and they made sure I was happy sending me 4 more pillows to prop my head back up. I like to stay here sometimes because it's so central to a lot of restaurants I like, as well as some parks/nature areas.

We all enjoy having fun together on the water slides and ropes course. We also enjoy the mini-golf, mini-bowling, and playing a game of VR. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are clean. You will occasionally hear a child running down the hall. From an adults perspective, the hotel is a little noisy and chaotic which is to be expected for a hotel that caters to children. I would like to see more healthy food options. Lastly, the hotel is located near a dump. At times during the week, there are large flocks of crows and birds that fly between the dump and the pool deck. I observed that the birds poop all over the pool deck and the staff have to clean the pool deck in the morning before it opens to guests.

There's also an outdoor pool, food options, bars, and other activities, so you definitely have a lot of choices to keep the family entertained. Unfortunately, the strong chlorine/chemical odor inside the indoor water park really affected our experience. It was especially noticeable when the wave pool was activated, and at times the smell was so strong that it made it uncomfortable to stay inside and enjoy the water park for a long time. The noise inside the water park was also quite intense. It may have been related to the busy summer season, but for us, the odor was a significant issue because it took away from the enjoyment of what should be one of the main attractions. There are definitely a lot of activities and things to enjoy here, but because of the strong odor and how uncomfortable it made us feel, we're giving it 3 stars

They are always accommodating. Is also just a great part to come with the family. It's affordable, appropriate for all ages, and staffed well. This place used to have crazy fun stuff like this waterfall in the pool for example. It felt luxurious and felt fun to be at even for all ages. But now every single aspect that was fun about the park has been stripped away. For example; the lazy river used to be fast and fun with buckets of water dropping on your head and water spraying and pouring above you with fun stuff to do with people everywhere, but now the river is fully empty and not one bucket or water pipes that leak water onto you are there. When I say zero I mean ZERO! Instead you've got this barren wasteland and husk of what it used to be. (Not to mention but the river is a bit TOO lazy. You barely move forward!) don't even get me started on the rebranding! There used to be this cool turtle guy who was the mascot and things were actually THEMED after him with like lily pads and turtle themed attractions; but now it's this stupid alligator guy who does not look welcoming or full of fun at all. Oh my god and the fountain sprinklers they used to have just don't even work. Like they're there but they just don't turn on at all and it used to be a big attraction there but now it's just dead. I can genuinely name 100 more things that were so much better then whatever lackluster amalgamation they have going on there. This park used to be fun and exciting, but everything that defined the park is gone. If you went there before it all went down the drain you'd know. It's really hard to explain how great this park used to be to someone who's only gone within the past year but it was truly magical. We need to get this park back to its former glory. But until this park gets its s*** together, don't go.

This area of the beach was more crowded. We continued on to the right and set up in front of the condos that are currently under construction. There was some construction noise, but the area was less crowded. The closest people to the left of us was about 50' and the closest people to the right of us was probably 500'. The beach is a soft white fluffy sand. The only food choice nearby is the concession stand at the pavilion.

There was recently a black bear shot in this location by Florida Fish and Wildlife because they felt it had become too humanized. A picture in Naples Daily News showed the bear under a deck on the sand eating food. The wooden elevated paths leading to the beach are private and access is not allowed to the public. I remember the days when they were. Roads in Pelican Bay are public, but the way to the beach from those roads is private. The beaches at Pelican Bay are public, as with all Gulf of Mexico beaches in Collier County.

The room itself was clean, and nicely put together. The bed, though pretty, was not that comfortable. The pillows were very small as well. The grounds were kept nice. The could spruce up their pool area a bit. Make it more welcoming. I ended up having to leave a day early due to flooding in that area. The water was almost coming into my room, it was a bit scary! I would have assumed due to the almost flooding in the room they would have offered at least half of one day back in fees, but they did not.

I had the television at the lowest possible volume tick but felt guilty and turned it off because I could hear so clearly what was going on in the room next door. I even bumped up the fan on the ac unit hoping to drown it out. For this reason I could never stay here again nor recommend this hotel. Ever. Which is a complete shame because it's two streets over from 5th Avenue in Naples which is so hard to find. And there is absolutely pride in ownership here. The rooms are spotless, the grass is green and landscaping nice. Free WiFi. Free parking. It's all so much better than I thought it would be when I saw pictures. Sure it's a 1960s style hotel but the location can't be beat in Naples. The clientele was definitely of the older variety. But as I said the adjoining doors were so thin that you could hear everything in the room next door. Such a shame because beyond that it's great. But it's a BIG issue!!! BTW ... Skip the gross breakfast and go out to 5th Ave and spend $8 each for a real breakfast. It's plastic wrapped bagels and muffins at the hotel.

The hotel was literally next to a small cove, where numerous yatchts dock, and was only 0.6mi from the famous Fifith Ave. My room was on the first floor but was quiet. It featured a spacious mini bar/kitchen, huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful balcony. Restroom was small but enough for one person. The air conditioner was indeed noisy, so I only turned it on when I was not in the room. The hotel has a small cafe serving breakfast and brunch and you can order take away. However, they only accept cash or check to your room charge. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Will consider booking it again when I run Naples half marathon next year!
