Made me feel super comfortable and explained all the different steps and how it was tailored to my skin. She was very gentle especially during the pore cleaning which can sometimes be a little unpleasant. I seriously could have fallen asleep. Pricing wise the Hydra facial is expensive ($150) but honestly it's less than many spas which can sometimes wander into the $200 range. Frankly I think it's a steal for the quality you're receiving and personally I don't mind paying more for quality especially when it comes to my skin. I do EXTENSIVE research before I go anywhere for my face, hair, or nails and Skinflection was the clear choice. After having received the treatment it only solidified my opinion. Instead of helping me, he pressured me for my credit card info and tried to upsell and upcharge me for his own gain. I was told I'd receive a refund, but my bank confirmed I was charged again instead. To make matters worse, my bank also stated the CVV number is not required for refunds, which makes his behavior feel dishonest and scam-like. This broke all trust. If you consider this school, get everything in writing and be very cautious with your financial information!

I am sorely disappointed.. after the disaster of going through my lash lift through Milita (see…read morephoto evidence), I was upset. Milita offered to re-do some lash extensions at their expense, which I thought was really generous. However, after conferring with about 4-5 other lash studios and having them take a look at my lashes, they all advised me not to have any lash lift or lash extensions done to my eyes until they had time to fully repair. I waited several weeks and did not get a lash extension fill anywhere. Now that it has been months and my lashes have finally had time to heal, I sent an email to Milita asking for the lash extensions and even offering to pay. They declined me on the premise that "since we could not handle this privately, they cannot offer me any service." I am sorely disappointed in this entire situation. I have always been a huge supporter of the lash extensions at this place. I have only sung praises about the extensions. However, my eyes were burned and my lashes were fried, frayed, and simply unacceptable after the lash lift that the tech tried to do on me. I know that it isn't just my lashes because I was able to get the lift right at another location (see my other reviews). Rather than making good on their promise to allow me to have lash extensions done, I am now denied service entirely. When I expressed my frustration at the situation, I was emailed back that they simply did not want to make me unhappy again. Which makes no sense as I had only sung their praises at the beginning (see below) and have never been disappointed in the lash extensions. Regardless, it makes me feel as though I am being denied future service because of a poor review I left on some genuine low-quality service that really did damage my lashes and ruin a lot of my self-esteem for a while. I would never return to get that service, but I am sorely disappointed that I am not welcome back for the services I did enjoy. I will move on to another location.

I call on a Thursday trying to get an appointment for the next week, she squeezes me in on Sunday afternoon. For me, there are two things that define a good facial. 1) Thorough extractions with no scarring, and 2) the therapist doesn't leave the room for extended periods of time while you steam or have a mask. The first time I went in, Anna probably spent 30-40 minutes doing extractions after a thorough steam. Plus, she massaged my hands and shoulders while I was steaming or letting my mask dry. My face looked great. I have since been back for another facial and a microdermabrasion. The microderm did not cut my skin, and was glowing for days afterwards. If you missed the groupon, there's a pretty good chance she'll let you come in for your first appointment at the groupon price. The facility: is essentially in an office building, so don't expect a full spa with locker room and tea. If you want a lazy spa, spoilation day, this isn't your spot. If what you really want is your skin to be taken care of, then come see Anna. She can be a talker, so if you want silence during your treatment, make sure to let her know ahead of time.

She also threaded them after to clean them up, which I've never had done before but it was not painful at all. She said they don't take change, so if you need to pay with card you can but they have an extra dollar fee for using a card. I didn't mind it.
