    Coleman/MAXX Spa

    Riley came out to repair our Coleman/Maxx Hot Tub and did an excellent job of making sure the hot tub was in good working order. He did determine we needed a new front panel. We bought this spa from them in 2009, so after 15 years it still runs like new. Riley also brought us Baqua chemicals that we needed. I highly recommend this company for hot tubs, supplies, and hot tub service.

    Incredibly rude staff even used a vulgarity when asking a question. I'll never do business with them. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

    Came in to get pool pump sand and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service. The store is clean, neat and clutter free.

    We had Haven Pool and Spa replace the liner on our above ground pool. We bought the pool during the…read morepandemic and the company insisted we would easily be able to install the liner ourselves. This was not true and although we were able to install it ourselves it was not perfect and we had to replace the liner within a one year. We installed it ourselves again and it leaked around the skimmer until the end of last summer when thoughts of just taking the pool down (due having to refill the pool daily) entered our minds. Our skills were obviously not up to par in pool liner installation so in March of this year we decided to inquire about getting some help from Haven Pool and Spa. We are so pleased this is what we did. Admittedly, we were taken aback at the price of buying a liner and getting it installed as it was as much as we paid for the pool. However, knowing that it took us days to do it ourselves (and it was not done correctly in the end), forced us to make the decision to have the professionals do it for us. Boy, did it make a difference and we truly wish this is the way we would have done it in 2020. I can tell our pool will last many years now and we will not have to continually worry about leaking and other issues. Use the professionals at Haven Pool and Spa!     I purchased a Marquis hot tub a little over four years ago, only to learn that the model has…read morealready been discontinued. I was never informed that this would happen, and as a result, essential replacement filters are no longer available. Within the first two years of ownership, I was also required to replace both the pump and the control panel, incurring approximately $300 in service call fees alone, not including the cost of the parts themselves. Now that critical replacement filters can no longer be obtained, I've concluded that it is no longer financially reasonable to continue investing in this unit. Before reaching that decision, I contacted Marquis to inquire about purchasing a replacement cover. Because this is a single-person hot tub with a unique shape, it requires a custom-fit cover. I was quoted $600 for a cover that Marquis already has in its warehouse. When I asked whether the price could be reduced given that the model has been discontinued after such a short time, I was told the quote already reflected a $200 "discount." For a product discontinued just four years after purchase--especially one for which essential parts are no longer supported--this response feels unreasonable and deeply disappointing.

I called the service center and they swore that they told us. Stating it was a "misunderstanding" on our part. We did not sign an agreement or speak of a verbal agreement. Terrible customer service.
