So when they knock on your door you owe them close to $300! They take their sweet time and walk through everything two three four times - generating more hours without actually doing any work. They also won't come out without a cc on file which they charge the moment they drive away. This means you have no idea of what your bill is before your card is swiped. Our simple fix of an issue costs more than a medical bill. I regret calling them and for your sake I advise you don't!
