Very honest guys, who did quality work and charged us a very fair price! Best experience we've had with a plumber in the area so far.

I can't speak exactly to the scheduling and pricing side of things because I worked with Randy…read moreStagg as more of a consult (another plumber brought him on on a complex issue he had not been able to figure out) than by hiring him directly. However, he was clearly extremely thoughtful in his troubleshooting approach and knowledgeable about not only plumbing but overall house construction. It's a powerful combination to have because he knows the end-to-end and understands how it all fits together, so he can advise even on things like how to lay a foundation optimally. He also walked around with me a little bit and commented on some other improvements that he would do if it were his house. These were things that he did not stand to make any money off of recommending to me but was simply advising as best practices, including some that would keep my kids safer, prevent water heater leaks, and give me a creative workaround to an issue I'm having with my shut off valve. So that guy is great and, since it's his company, I assume a solid reflection of the type of knowledge and experience he expects of and instills in the people he hires. I also see there are some reviews on here where people had issues with scheduling or other things, which obviously are important. But at the end of the day, I would rather have some scheduling issues but get a great person out than have somebody with less experience who is easier to schedule with. That's not to say that I think they have a habitual problem with this, just that I think it's important to prioritize what really counts. I think there are few people who are more knowledgeable than Stagg and would definitely recommend them, especially if you have something that's tougher to figure out.

Called for a yard leak. Randy did show up and diagnosed. His dig crew had to come the next day,…read morewhich Randy showed back up an hour later to fix the pipe. Total cost of the job was $1000, which is high. Keep in mind, Randy is a master plumber and the dig crew did come back and put everything back the next day. It's not inexpensive, but I have peace of mind and there is little trace the leak existed. A+ work, Randy.

I noticed water in the drip pan under our hot water heater that is located in a garage closet. I started calling some local plumbers to get some pricing. One company I called said they would need to order it. Then I decided to call Apex Plumbing since I knew that's where it was purchased the last time. And they had some in stock! While I had Apex on the line, I asked if they had any recommendations on who might help us get it installed. They gave a couple of names and numbers and I called Drip Doctor as a result. DJ was very professional on the phone and quoted me a good price and said he was available the following morning. He had excellent communication and customer service skills. He arrived on time, switched out the hot water heaters, fixed the leak and left the work site clean. He also took the time to show my hubby how and when to drain it once a year. This will help get an optimal lifespan out of it. DJ gave us the paperwork that came with it and suggested we enter our details on their website for the warranty. We had a wonderful experience using DJ, the Drip Doctor to fix us right up!
