When scheduling they did advise us if something more urgent like a tree on a house or power outages occurred those would take precedence over us, which I appreciate. They were quick with their work and cleaned up all of the debris from the tree. Rates are reasonable considering the size of the tree and the number of crew members they had to use to clean it up.

Zero communication to let you know what's happening and ZERO accountability. I don't do business with liars so we canceled our order.

They had +/- 30 boards and we needed 8 but were told "I'm not going to go through these to find straight ones - you have to take what is on top - that's our policy. Well, you can't make cabinet doors with crooked & heavily cupped wood (or much anything else) so we left. I can't even get a floor walker at Lowes to find the correct nut&bolt from all the drawers, or do more than read a lable on something in front of me.
