Everyone we have come in contact with will blatantly lie to you and have no remorse or apology for their actions. Disgusting behavior from Jeremy and Tyler. 6 wks plus to receive items promised to arrive within 7-10 days is unacceptable. Zero communication to let you know what's happening and ZERO accountability. I don't do business with liars so we canceled our order.

They had +/- 30 boards and we needed 8 but were told "I'm not going to go through these to find straight ones - you have to take what is on top - that's our policy. Well, you can't make cabinet doors with crooked & heavily cupped wood (or much anything else) so we left. I can't even get a floor walker at Lowes to find the correct nut&bolt from all the drawers, or do more than read a lable on something in front of me. The quality and craftsmanship is incredible and impressed my general contractor father. You can tell this was a very experienced crew that got the whole project done in a little over a week, which is amazing. We opted to go with a higher tier Trex plank material for its low maintenance and durability. The price was fair (middle of the road from the other estimates I got) but the overall value was outstanding when you see and feel how sturdy and well constructed it is.
