After two days, they finally called to inform me that the timing chain had failed, resulting in catastrophic engine failure and the car won't start. They quoted me $1,800 to fix the timing chain. Frustrated with their dishonesty, I had the car towed. A subsequent diagnosis from the dealership confirmed that the engine is damaged and needs to be replaced.
