Eventually they did, but they kept switching who was working on me, repeat steps, and leaving me to go work on walk ins who they took although they seemed understaffed. I had acrylics removed and a solid color (shellac) applied and I was there for about an hour and 45. It was frustrating that it wasn't one consistent person or consistent attention to be started and finished in one go. The polish was applied well and hasn't chipped. So again, application and attitude are wonderful. But knowing their limits, time management and the wait time are not worth it in my opinion

I have been hesitant…read moreto go to do my nails, especially a pedicure because a couple of years back I went to a salon, and I contracted a fungus and it was just terrible, but I really wanted to get my nails done and decided to go here. I met with both ladies, explained my situation about my ugly big toe, and they were so understanding about it. They recommended putting a tip on my big toe, and encouraged me to do a gel nail on both hands and feet because it would last longer. I said ok sounds good. Spent $80.00 plus tip. Well, 6 days later, I took my sock of and the toe with the tip and powder lifted right off and I had to have urgent care take the it off. It pulled back all the way to the bottom and hurt so bad. Then, less then 2 weeks the polish on my finger nails started lifting and came off. I left a message at about 9 days, no response. So I called and spoke to one of the Anna's. That's where everything took a turn for the worse. I explained what happened and that I wanted a refund. In reality I would have just appreciated an apologize and 1/2 my money back. I was upset because they were blaming me for my situation. Telling me that I was the one that asked for the tip on my toenail. I requested it and so nothing they can do about that. I said no, that is not true, but she was talking so loud above me so she would not listen to me. She told me to come in and they would do it for free. I explained that I don't want them to do it again as I have no toenail on my big toe, and the job they did on my fingernails came off before 2 weeks. Gel nails in the past lasted at least a month, I explained that, but she yelled at me and told me that gel does not last long and that I can come in and she will redo. The way she was talking to me made me feel even more uncomfortable since there was no accountability and only blame. It made me sad and upset and not want to go to a nail shop again. I'm so bummed. They were so nice to me. I understand that it was 2 weeks that I finally called, but I did call prior and gave them time to call me back. They never did. So, as of 2 weeks and 4 days, there is no gel on my fingernails, and half is gone on my toes as well. And no toenail on my big toe. So, that is what happened. At the end of the day I don't think they cared. I won't go back. I won't recommend anyone there either.

I went back for removal and my experience was completely different. My nails have never looked worse. I'm pretty sure my nails were filed down too much and they look damaged in some areas. Also, i now understand that the removal service doesn't include a manicure but a bare minimum of shaping doesn't seem like a reach. All my nails had different "shapes" some were left very square while others were more rounded. I do a better job when i cut my nails myself! I'm not going back to this salon, especially since a friend in NY told me she pays $5-$10 for removal when i paid $25 + tips

Thankfully, an appointment fell through and the took my bright in. It's nice, also that they advertise to accept walk-ins. Kim was so sweet and did a beautiful job on my dipped manicure. She didn't rush through it and took her time to coat each nail perfectly. So pleased with the results and my manicure has lasted 1.5 weeks so far with no chips or scratches. I…read morewas handling some stuff on my phone and by the time I looked down he had completely cut down my toenails to the point where they looked like nubs. I usually prefer square but he never asked. All he asked was if I wanted them cut shorter. I was super upset. Fast forward to my manicure, the same gentleman does it and the whole time he seems to be in a rush. Makes little to no conversation and is shaking his leg the whole time. Well he starts filing and cutting away and after what happened to my toes I wasn't about to have short nubby finger nails so I said "can I have square please". So he does it. But not at any point were my cuticles soaked in water or anything. It was a completely DRY manicure. I've never experienced this before unless I was getting a polish change. The color ended up looking nice and the shape was just okay so I didn't mention anything. Well a week later my right thumb had the gel completely separate from my nail on the end. Like it totally peeled back. So much so I could side my other thumb nail in between the gel and my nail. I went back in and tried explaining this to him and he quickly grabs my hand and takes polish to plug the hole. Then he puts on an extra top coat on every one of my nails. Seemed like a nice gesture and I appreciated it. So I go home that night and of course the nail polish patch he put came right off. Because as I said my nail was already separated from the gel. I go back in today and when I tell you the look of disgust this man had on his face. He 100% blamed it on me. "It wasn't like that yesterday". Well yes that's correct it wasn't...the whole tip now peeled off because you patched it. Anyway....I said "can you just sand the whole thing off and redo it. At this point I'll pay for it. I just want it fixed". So he takes the cuticle clippers (doesn't soak it off) and rips off the polish from my nail. As we're waiting for it to dry he asked what I do for work. Mind you yesterday he asked and I told him I wasn't currently working. Once we're done he said "your job is too rough on your hands so next time we can't do a regular gel manicure on you. You need to have this powder added to your manicure every time sorry". I haven't had a problem at any nail salon I've been to over the years until now. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and had to go to this nail salon 3 different times. I'm all for supporting local and small businesses but in the economy we're in right now every dollar counts. I spent $106 for this experience and honestly I won't be back. Also, posting your customers phone number online because you're angry that they felt YOU provided inadequate service is highly unprofessional. I rest my case. Take your business elsewhere.

Jenny has a lovely positive presence and has created a very relaxing boutique setting in her studio, including a comfortable massage chair.
