Saving your time get away from this place! Waste of 6 weeks for nothing! We went to this place on 09/13 for a minor accident of my car. Easy to fix usually only takes 2 days at other shop. The guy give me a business card and told us we have to come back on November 7, they will order the parts and confirm with insurance agency to get approval. My husband doesn't want to spend 2 months to wait. But I thought they looks responsible and maybe they could fix his car perfectly, so we finally agree to wait. However!!! I was called on Monday 10/24 tried to confirmed my husband's appointment, the lady even didn't ask his first name, just told me my husband appointment is on 11/01, the date seems not right for us, but the lady just said they will text me appointment and put information into system and hang up. So I start to wait, until Friday 10/28, I still didn't get any text or phone call from them. I had to call back and check what's going on, after a few phone calls, they seemed have no idea about everything, and the November 1st is another guy's appointment, and they told me now parts have to be wait more than 4 months. But seriously? My husband's car just got some scratch. Overall, I was astonished by how they treat customer as shit, there's probably a global shortage of auto parts. But during the 6 weeks, they had so many chances to call us back told us the situation. Instead of let us wait and keep giving confused information. read more

My experienced with this auto collision shop was very disappointing and frustrating because they do not have words of honor on their promises. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. They promised to give me an update progress on the ordering and status of the parts they will order for my vehicle Tesla Y but never received any response to my inquiries thru text and phone calls I made. Two weeks had gone by and no response since I took my car. Terrible Customer Service and Follow up ( Kent ) Dropped off vehicle 12/7/2022 for a bumper replacement for my Audi S5 and it is now 1/18/2023. Seems Kent is a reoccurring theme of an agent from hell since there is no clear communication and have had to reach out to this place every single time for an update. I will not go into much details as multiple customers have already explained the pain of having to wait months for their vehicle. I will just advise DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. My insurance provided the approval for the repairs Jan 9. I called Jan 12 for an update just told by the receptionist that the shop was still waiting on my Insurance!? So pretty much if you don't call this place and do all the work for them nothing will get done. Called today for an update 1/18 and was told the part were ordered and still waiting for them to arrive, pressed and asked for an ETA for the parts and was advised they would arrive today. Again nothing gets done unless you stay on these guys ASS. Again avoid using this place if you can, last time I ever bring my vehicle to this shop from hell. read more

Was recently involved in a hit and run accident and class auto center was one of the options that my insurance covered so decided to turn my car to them for the first time. First thing I want to point out is that they have two locations where you can send your car so make sure when you're talking to the employee on the phone that you get down the correct address. I want to note that Edith was very helpful and kept clear communication through the whole process of fixing my car and I really appreciated that. My one note is that after the initial inspection, it took them weeks to give me a call back to actually plan a day to turn my car in. The short of it: Repairs from Hell. They've had my car for ~3 months now aka a quarter of a year now to repair. That long for just "6 hours worth of work"(value determined and given to me by Kent). All for just bumper replacements and repairs. That's it! Manager has even gotten involved and more problems persisted under his watch, so I am exhausted and have wasted dozens of hours working on this, a car which isn't even gone into repairs process yet. Kent has been a nightmare. Luis has been less so, though I have not been thrilled with things under his watch. I am very easy to pacify and reasonable, this goes outside the bounds of reasonable. Far beyond. I have been lied to and mislead, blamed and ignored. Delays have not been from parts on order, or by insurance. It's been from Kent and more recently Luis not communicating or reviewing critical paperwork. There has been a theme of class auto staff their failure to act, and their failure to communicate, failure to stay on top of documents and files, failure to be responsible and failure to be honest. Worst of all failure to be responsible in any way/shape/form. I have been manipulated at tremendous expense to myself and my life. I am unwilling to have any further problems or issues and I am posting here so you can spare yourself the nightmare. There's ALWAYS something else they forgot to tell you or something they forgot to do, or submit, or complete, or disclose, or ask for, or monitor, or include, or show up for, or order, or remember, or care about. Costs: Cost to repair: $6000+ Rental car cost (not covered by insurance): $5,000+ as of this week and climbing Paint wear cost (not covered by insurance): from car sitting in the direct sun beating down neglected, for ~3 months: a lot Turned it in 9/23 It's now 12/5 and still not a single ounce of repair work has been done to my vehicle. Read below if you want to see how this nightmare has become a reality. I don't have my car yet, they still have it. Just so you understand. (Still have yet to hear an apology for Luis for his mistakes and delays, not for Kent and his mistakes and dishonesty. Nor any attention or apology for the tremendous costs to me and my time and to my inconvenience for letting my car sit there with nothing done to it. This is why the owner needs to get involved. Kent's been doing his smooth talking too long unchecked and the owner needs to step in and retrain him immediately. He also needs to step in and handle mistakes that should not be happening by management. There is a severe lag between service agent, management, and owner which most likely means the owner has not been very involved in the business dynamics like he should be for a while now. This is likely how the problems happen here. If he has, I have no idea why I wouldn't have heard from him by now. But I'm customer that's reached their point of patience and forgiveness and the window to step in and fix this is beyond overdue.) read more

I recently had my car worked on by class auto I was very pleased with there service and professionalism. Alan was very friendly and helpful .He kept me updated on every step from the get go. He gave me an estimate timefram on the car work and turned out to be that exact date, I felt comfortable leaving my car with them. I previously had my car worked on with another body shop. I have a pristine 1999 Mercedes Cl600 in pristine condition that had a damaged front bumper and some aberrations on the hood. I had been turned down by several other Mercedes body shops because of the cars age. I called asked to talk to some one and got ARTHUR (a remarkable young man with the strongest desire to help customers) who said to bring the car in for an estimate. Not the normal approach. He accessed the damage the damage and we scheduled a drop of the entire body shop that worked on the car.f day and time. A couple weeks later I picked up the silver beauty. Unbelievable workmanship. Brilliant Silver is not an easy color to blend but they did it and they did it right. I couldn't be happier with the job done by Arthur and all the guys that worked on the car. The car came back clean with no overspray and to my complete satisfaction which is not easy to achieve because I am anal about by cars. A great experience and a pleasure to deal with. If you have progressive insurance, do not come here. They know Progressive takes a while to pay because they do NOT have direct deposit from the insurance company. It sounds like you do NOT care about giving your customers the best quality. They will skip that information and make you wait an additional week. Even if there's a contract in place and they can fully bill the insurance because it was approved. To tell me I have to either pay or wait is ridiculous. This will be the LAST time I bring my car here. I shouldn't have to wait a week after my car is done to come and pick it up. The insurance company can NOT and will NOT scam you. Then, you mentioned 20 other vehicles are sitting on your lot because of Progressive. To me, that sounds ridiculous. You're inflating your numbers to somewhat relieve me. It doesn't! It's not my first time taking my car in for a claim, but this will be the last time here. They've had my car for 30+ days. I don't understand how any car repair shop would think that it's okay when you need a car to drive around and knowingly knows that your insurance only covers 30 days of rental coverage. Oh, and to top it off, I know where my car is. I have access to the EXACT location. Don't lie and state it's not there, Kent. Kent has an attitude problem. Steer clear from here. I get why this place has so many bad reviews. Stupid me should have listened to the reviews. If it wasn't for Mario, I would leave this review as is. I have to give them 3 stars because he was great at making me feel like he cared. The only thing I would fix with this company is that they tell their customers with progressive insurance that they have a policy that they will not release your car unless they have the full payment in hand. So incredibly pleased with the work done on my BMW by Class Auto. I was in my first accident and had no idea where to go to get my car fixed so I looked in Yelp and researched online. I was referred here by the manager at a local car detail place where I get my Beamer detailed and waxed. Ted was a straight shooter from the moment I pulled up to Class Auto. He looked over the vehicle and printed up an estimate. He worked with me on pushing to get a Geico representative to come to my auto body of choice and then he communicated directly with the adjuster for scheduling a follow up, etc. There's no easy way of handling these kind of situations, but I will say this body shop is top of the line. They push to get OEM parts for your car and do their best to get your car back to the way it was before the accident. Insurance companies want to pay the LEAST possible amount to get your car fixed so of course there will be back-and-forths and phone calls. They fixed my Tesla so badly - the door creaks loudly when it closes and the window screeches now when it closes. I have been trying to contact them for weeks to get my car back in and no one responds to me. The communication from the start with the Tesla specialist was extremely difficult and he never responds to emails or voice mails ( his mail box is always full ) They clearly have bad work and customers communication ethics . If you need your car fixed fast do not come to class auto center. I kept being told "your car will be ready on this date" . I had to bug class auto center again and again to get an update on my car . It is understandable that things happen but they do not keep you informed when things aren't on track. The front office and the people actually fixing your car do not communicate. This shop does not use legitimate auto parts. Three years ago, I got in a car accident, and this place was on the list of approved auto repair shops. First, it ended up costing an arm and a leg. Secondly, we noticed recently that there were issues with the radiator. We just took it into another shop and were told that whoever replaced the radiator previously (this shop) didn't even put in a real Toyota part. We were also told that whoever replaced the radiator left it loose, so now we've spent a ton of money on secondary damage caused by a loose radiator. Avoid this place. read more

Sometimes a great job takes time, I am very happy to have my 2016 Chevy Volt back. Not only did do insured work they found a problem with the roof and they fixed it too as a courtesy, $700 worth of work. The repairs and the paint are perfect. I was able to me the technician who was in charge of my car, he was very professional and knew my car well, he treated it like the Mercedes, Telsas, Porsches and Audi's they normally do there. I wish I could give them less than 1 star! Can't believe how many other people have had a similar experience with this establishment. I spent a lot of money with this shop because they claimed to be certified, but they used cheap aftermarket parts and on top of that were extremely difficult to deal with throughout the process. My car paint is now peeling off and we've had numerous electrical problems with our vehicle. When I reached out to them to address the issues, their manager Ted basically told us it's our problem now that we picked up the vehicle. It's only been 3 weeks!!!! Crooks. Shame on you! read more

Very poor service, I actually trusted them twice but never again. First time they scratched the car and would not accept responsibility, they also took a tool out of the trunk and didn't put it back. A rather expensive craftsman breaker bar they did find it several days after I called telling them it was missing. Second time I took it in was a bigger mistake, my wife got hit front and since they would have the front end apart I asked they replace the headlights with new ones, they dragged their feet getting the job done and when the insurance company asked why it was taking so long they blamed it on me asking to replace headlights. Which is complete BS, a monkey could install the headlights in an hour. Never go there. read more

I got referred to Israel by a co worker. called him right away spoke to him and got the vehicle right over to him, they are Audi certified so I had to go with the best. He added my car we arranged a date, 3 weeks later my vehicle was done (repaired my rear quarter, both right doors and front fender). The car looks great, the staff is very friendly. I was kept up to date on paper work and anything needed, RAQUEL holds it down lol she hunted me down for two days lol I'm not gonna lie. But listen man I'm super duper picky with my ride, got my wheel re done with them, they got it all! Plus they are STATEFARM ready too, boommm!!! I didn't even wait to see any one just dropped it off and sat down to wait on my car. APPLE PAY IS TAKEN!! (Thanks Raquel), and i Got to WALK AROUND MY CAR WITH ISRAEL, looked over everything looks PHENOMENAL!! Check them out, call Israel!! It's worth a look!!
