Jen went above and beyond to help me look for them. Unfortunately, I was not able to find them after looking through the vacuum bins. She took my information down and told me she'd give me a call back if she found them. The following day, she gave me a call back around 11AM-12 PM notifying me she had found my earring. I was super relieved, considering these were a gift from my family member and hold sentimental value to me. I picked them up later that day and was assisted by another helpful employee. The man who checked my car in kept insisting that per his boss my BMW was "too low" to go through the tunnel and told me I had to pay $40 for a hand wash. Ummm... there was literally a BMW 3 Series JUST LIKE MINE right before me that went through the tunnel! Make it make sense. I even told them I've been a loyal customer for years, and they still insisted. At this point, it really felt like they just saw an opportunity to charge me more. And honestly, it's not the $40--it's the principle. I absolutely HATE feeling like a business is taking advantage of customers to make a quick buck. If the policy is truly about certain cars being "too low," then why was the BMW right in front of me allowed through? After years of being a customer, this is how you lose one.
