We took our mini van that had been hit by a truck in the rear. It was in a parking lot so we didn't want to go through insurance and have our premium go up because the guy who hit us Ran. We knew we had to pay out of pocket and had to wait about 6 months in order to save the money for repairs. Class acts not only did a great job but they are the definition of going the extra mile to take care of a client. They arranged to have a glass guy replace my windshield which is something they don't do themselves, they left my van looking like new and even went as far as washing it and vacuuming it with a floor protector installed when I got back in it. Daniel was an awesome tech to work with and showed kindness and true professionalism. We waited a month after the estimate and only came back because Daniel helped us out with a quick fix prior to us signing a contract. He did it out of good faith with out us paying a penny and it helped a lot. We ended bringing the van back and doing even more work than initially quoted because I decided to fix everything while it was in the shop. If your looking for a company that will stand by the estimate given and not try to up sell or play games you have found the right one. These guys are awesome!!!! read more

Took my Acura to Class Act Auto Body repair a few weeks ago and was totally amazed with their service and the high quality of their work! I'm a pretty finicky car guy and usually not easy to please but Class Act blew me away....their shop is amazingly clean and their customer service is nothing short of top notch. This is where you want to get your car repaired! read more

I remember that a friend had his car fixed by Class Acts some years ago. Recently, my brother, who lives in San Clemente, over an hour away, sent his car to Class Acts. I immediately knew the name and my brother's car looked brand new. The other five star reviews on these guys are no joke. Unfortunately, my wife was in an small accident a few days after my brother got his car back. Fortunately, I knew who to send it to. I live in Aliso Viejo, also over an hour away, but I put the car on a tow truck without any hesitation. Joe, Jeremy and Daniel are all very professional on the phone and in person. The pricing is very competitive, the work is more than excellent and the service goes above and beyond. Thanks guys! read more

Joe and his team always work with me. I have had 4 perfect experiences with Class Acts and I would never go anywhere else. Price, the quality of the work, and promised finish time are always spot on. Thanks Joe! Chuck Sutter, Idyllwild read more

Had my mom's car fixed here after a mishap created a buckled hood. They did an excellent job and were able to find used parts to keep costs down as we had no insurance coverage for this fix. They did a great job!! It was an older Saturn, so parts are a bit harder to find. Thanks again Jeremy and Joe! read more

Great place, would recommend highly. Very professional and extremely nice, very happy about their work and honesty.

This is a great company! I've been there a few times for different issues over the last few years, just never got around to writing the review they deserve. Last year, my turn indicator signals were acting strange, and I stopped in to see if they could fix it then, or make an appointment for me to come back. They spent about 25 minutes investigating what was going on, checking wiring, and eventually replacing a light bulb. At one point, two guys were working on it. When they were done, I asked how much it would be. They said, no charge, it was no big deal at all. WHAT??!!! I was shocked. But believe me, I'll never go anywhere else, if I have an issue that can be taken here! Highly recommended! read more

Class acts is the perfect name. Daniel and eric helped me through my problems. There are big problems and little ones. The big one was my rear ended tahoe, 5 stars for the quality of work. The little problems were parts were delayed and the detail cleaning. Both handled with class, Daniel called delivery guy and got the part overnighted and eric took car right back and cleaned the inside missed spots, himself. Class acts is not just a name but how they conduct business as well. read more

I have been doing business with this business for several years now and their level of consistancy is remarkable. Most of my problems have been related to PLASTIC bumpers, High Curbs (relative to the clearance of the bumper), and that sort of thing. When parts have to be replaced, the costs are higher than when they can fix things-they don't control vendors prices. They have saved me a great deal of money by fixing plastic parts, and I have never had one of their fixed parts fail (except when I broke it the same way that I broke the patr in the first place. The owner that I started doing business with has retired, and a new manager has been in place for some time now. The quaility of workmanship and repairs continues to be first rate. I would reccomend this business to anyone within several hundred miles of Beaumont- they are that good. read more

I was the victim of a minor hit and run fender bender in Beaumont on Friday night 2/28/14. I have State Farm and when submitting my claim, was told that Class Acts is a direct repair facility for them, but I can take my car anywhere to be repaired. I drove by their shop on Saturday morning, and was impressed by the appearance of the shop. I noticed signs that said they are a DRP for AAA and Mercury insurance also. I told State Farm I would take my car there. I took my car there Monday morning right after they opened. Joe(owner) greeted me and said he had my claim on his desk and was expecting me. Within 15 minutes he had looked at my car, had me sign the estimate, and had his porter give me a ride to work. I was told my car would be ready by Thursday. I had to call him later that day to confirm my deductible, and he told me parts had been ordered, and my wheel sent out for recon already. My next contact with him was Thursday right after lunch, telling me my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived at his shop, I saw my car out front. It had been washed, and vacuumed, and was ready to go. Body lines lined up nicely, paint match and finish looked great. I spent about five minutes in the office paying deductible, and signing repair paperwork. Joe then went over the car with me, explained what they did, and instructed me to not wax the car for thirty days to allow the paint to cure. I was told to bring it back to them and they would wax it for me, giving them a chance to look the car over again. I hope I don't need them again, but they are definitely my shop of choice. Professional, courteous, top quality work. Thanks Joe, see you in a month. read more

I've dealt with many body shops in my life. Class Acts is the best I've come across. It's rare to meet people like those here. What's rare about them is their honesty, which comes from the top down. I have a 2013 Audi TT and they have treated me and my TT better than any other body shop I've been to in my entire life. Businesses could learn a lot from these guys. I'm recommending my family and friends to these great bunch of guys. PS: I'm sending every one I can their way. Thanks again. read more
