This place deserves to be reviewed more, more-so than just mine. I got into a car accident and all the estimates I received around my local area were ridiculously expensive. My quotes from the surrounding Los Angeles County body shops were around 2000 bucks. I honestly did not even think it was going to cost that much. But then my grandfather told me about this place by his house in Riverside County. He said they do an excellent job for a much lower price than the ones I checked out. So, distressed with having to take out 2 grand out of my poor student account bank, I decided to drive an hour away to this less expensive place, Class Acts Body Works. Joe Nevins is the manager and he is extremely nice and very professional, guess how much my quote there ended up? 1200! Joe Nevins told me that it was going to take about a week to finish up the repairs. To my surprise, him and his crew finished everything within 4 days. My Grandfather was also very surprised, but also because he was older and couldn't drive to the place without my help(this was during the weekday and I was planning on picking up the car on a weekend). Class Acts Auto Body PERSONALY DELIVERED MY CAR back to my grandfather's house, which was 20-30 minutes away from the shop. Without ANY extra cost whatsoever. Flat rate of the estimated price given to me on the first day I stepped foot into Joe's office. I was immensely impressed by the repairs of my car. The bumper, the quarter panel dents, the paint, everything looked brand new. You could not tell that this car had any damage whatsoever in the past. Not to mention, my car looked shiny clean too. My belongings were also still in place. Next time anything happens(which I hope not), this is the place I will bring my car to again, an hour away! This should tell you how great this place is. I recently had the camper shell on my truck painted by Class Acts Auto Body in Beaumont Ca. I was quoted a fair price and they explained the process in detail including things that can go wrong with painting an older shell. This is a very small job for them compared to most of the jobs they do but they treated me the same as any other customer. When I took it in to have the work done they took care of things quickly to get me back on my way. They completed the job when they said they would and went above and beyond to do a quality job. They took care of several small things that weren't originally part of the job to make it look even better. They had several employees come help install and detail my shell when I came to pick it up so I didn't have to wait very long at all. Lots of attention to detail and a desire to do a good job. I had just moved to Beaumont and wasn't very familiar with the area when I was involved in an accident. The right (passenger) corner of my truck was wrecked and had to be repaired. A family member who lives in Beaumont and my insurance company both recommended Class Acts so I took my truck here. The guys were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After disassembling my truck they found that the bumper brackets were bent and that the angle of the impact had actually bent the front frame horn. They contacted the insurance company and got the adjuster back out to reassess the damage so that they could be sure that all of the issues were addressed properly. When all was said and done they had to replace my bumper, headlight assembly, turn signal assembly, core support and straighten the frame horn. They also had to straighten my hood and repair a bend in it. I was very pleased when I received my truck back and it looked fantastic. They did a great job blending my paint to match and even went the extra mile to polish my other headlight so that the drivers' side would look new like the one that was replaced. If I could leave no stars I surely would, I had a minor fender bender not my fault only 1800 dollars worth of damage, I was rear ended. It took a week for them to fix it, when I went to pick it up I was told the driver side blinker wasn't working and they don't know why, so I took it home and noticed a running light wasn't working either. So my insurance has me taking it to another shop to see why these lights aren't working....class act recommended ducks automotive about a block down from them. Hmm I wonder what they're gonna say?. Well let me spark you, they told me a power supply went out and I had a rodent problem. Funny thing about that is I have 8 cats 5 of which sleep in my garage where I keep my car. TRUST ME I don't have rodents...i knew ducks wasn't gonna say it was something class act did. So off to the dealership to get the real story as to what is wrong and what did this. Needless to say I'm putting ducks automotive on the stay away from list as well. Don't take your car to these flakes, class act use to be a good place but something happened to them, now they're worthless. read more

I made a really big and stupid mistake on my 2018 camry se. I wasn't paying attention and scratched the hood of my car with the wrong side of an abrasive sponge. It ruined the most beautiful paint job you ever saw. I went to two different professional, reputable shops. Both said it had to be stripped primed painted and clear coated. I took it to Eric at Class Act auto body. I explained what happened. He looked at it from every angle. He said that kind of pad causes damage but not enough so that it couldn't be fixed. He told me his guy(Ted) was excellent and he would have him try. He said he would call the next day and let me know either way. About 4:00 the next day, he called and said my car was ready. He said he tore up my insurance claim and my car was good to go. I got there and it was awesome. Looked brand new. Unbelievable. Eric truly is a " class act" just like the sign says. Its hard to find honest men of character and integrity in the SO CAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. Get em in, bill insurance, fix it, goodbye. They have my business for life. Eric knew it was my wife's car, and how terrible I felt having ruined the hood. He was extremely sensitive to my needs and his customer service skills are exemplary. I will never, ever go anywhere else for getting any collision, or paint work done. Places like CLASS ACT AUTO BODY ARE EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND. Had to have some serious work done that was going to be paid out of pocket, so I checked this place out. Needless to say the guy that helped me (Daniel) was very professional and gave me an affordable estimate. In fact this shop charged me a few hundred dollars less than another shop I had went to. I picked it up today and the car looked so good I could hardly believe it was the same dirty and banged--up car I dropped off a few days earlier.
