If you don't change your tires here it's your loss. The owner is more than accommodating, but mainly he is FAIR! You don't get that kind of treatment at the shop anywhere. I can't thank him enough! One thing no one wants to deal with on their way to work is a flat tire. Unfortunately, on Thursday, my tire started leaking air on the 210 E. I decided to exit and find a nearby tire shop to see what was up before it got worse. I came across Class Act Wheel and Tires so I drove in. Ken approached me to see what I needed help with. He removed my tire, found the metal piece that punctured the rubber and patched it right up. He resolved my issue immediately and gave me his contact info in case it were to happen again. Called to get directions bc the address on here was taking me to a completely different place. Guy answers like it's his personal phone, no name of the shop or a greeting. Then talks to me like I'm stupid bc I don't know where his shop has been for the past 33 years lol. My husband hit a debris on the freeway and caused the driver side rear tire to deflate. Went in this morning to have my tire patched. Met Ken and one of his patrons. I quickly asked if he could fix it and he responded sure but he's in the middle of a job. I said no problem. As I sat there talking with these two men, I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. Such a refreshing feeling in these crazy times. A+ service! I was driving home on a Saturday night, when I hit something metal that sliced open my back tire. No shops were open on Sunday in San Dimas, except for Certified Tire, which is just a rip-off. I waited to call around on Monday for tire price comparisons, and I was so happy I did. I spoke with a representative from San Dimas Tire Pros, who said they didn't have my tire in stock, but would replace my tire with a comparable brand at an affordable price. Then I called Ken. Not only was he super friendly on the phone but, in no time flat, he had my exact tire ordered and on its way for replacement that same day. Even though I couldn't get there until just before closing, he still treated me very kindly and friendly, and replaced that tire faster than I've ever seen a tire be replaced. He also put air in my spare tire as well! Overall, the cost of the same brand of tire and labor came out to a few dollars more than I would have paid for the different brand tire at SDTP. Well worth it! Ken is a small business owner who knows the value of customer service and a job well-done. I'd happily refer Class Act to anyone. Quick note: The shop is kind of pushed far back off the street, so a word of advice to those who get lost easily (like me): Enter the parking lot at the driveway by the railroad tracks and keep driving in past the Extra Space Storage. His garage door is all the way in the back middle area of the complex, but you can see it from the driveway and drive straight into it from off the street. read more

I was in Kens shop the day Paul stopped by. The conversation was hysterical as Ken recalled Paul called the night before, asked about having his Pirelli tire in stock so he could get it installed the next day. According to Ken, Paul kept giving a size not model. When Paul did show up he apologized about not calling back and wanted to know if Ken had his tire.Ken can be cynical at times, but this was funny to listen to. When they walked out to his car it turned out Paul had 3!! different tires on the car, all the same size but no matching tread designs. Paul was expecting him to match his tire which wasn't possible. At that point Ken came back into his shop and started calling to locate the correct tire. Paul just took off. At no time while I was there did Ken ever say anything negative towards Paul. Paul was just pissed and having a bad day. Ken then proceeded to install my 4 tires in 30 minutes all the while laughing and having a good time.
