There's a self-wash place not too far down the street, on the oter side of 15 - the road parellels the entrance to 15N. I essentially re did the wax job and interior job myself when I got back home. I was not amused. What's the sense of paying for a car wash and service when i ended up having to do it again? The second time, I went with the $8 job and got a clean, sparkling vehicle with a half assed towel dry but my car looks bright red instead of orange. I just did the interior and vacuuming at home. I'm not above putting in some elbow grease to make my car look brand new. Basically: $20 wash=1 Star $8 wash= 3 stars (the half assed towel wipe knocked it down a star and then they wanted a tip. Uh. NO) Average: 2 stars. For a quick in and out, I'll give them another shot.

This facility doesn't have the option to just pay for a vac by the minute. Instead, you get use of the vacs for free when you buy a car wash. I suppose you could just drive up and use the free vac but I think that would be dishonest. Instead, I paid $15 for a spotty car wash. When I pulled into the vac area, none of them were on. Someone went in and asked about them and the vacs finally turned on. They had terrible suction though. The sand and dog hair weren't coming out at all. I saw one of the employees checking out a vac so maybe they were having problems that day. It took me almost an hour to get my truck interior somewhat clean. I left there pretty frustrated.

The staff was expecting me to arrive and wanted to know what they could do better this time around. I mentioned it was the wheels at my last wash. The staff did a great job prewashing my vehicle and it came out great. Hats off to excellent customer service. Not only are they monitoring Yelp, they're reaching out to customers and reaching out to staff. Mark had included his staff at the Cheshire location on the e-mail chain we had; awesome job! One final note: Tip the guy/gal at the end who dries your car. Another review mentioned it. They're outside in all types of weather and do a nice job post wash. Previous Review: A good place to get your vehicle washed. I come here just for the wash, I haven't done any of the extras they offer. You'll often see people having their cars vac'd out and detailed at the end of the wash tunnel. The staff here is helpful. They'll let you know if they have any specials going on. During the winter, they had pay one price, come as often as you like package. They do a good job prewashing your vehicle when you pull into the tunnel. They use a combo of a pressure washer and wash brush. When you buy the wheel wash, they could do a better job pre cleaning the wheels. After my last wash, my wheels were still pretty dingy. I find it can get pretty busy here during the lunch hour and after work. I've had good luck arriving before lunch to beat the crowds.
