I usually visit a car wash during the winter when the weather is too cold for me to clean my car myself, and remove the salt. While I acknowledge that car washes may not always achieve a 100% clean car, this particular one does a decent job. However, I wish the consistency in their power washing prep technique was improved. Additionally, SUVs have a higher roofline, making it impossible for them to reach the top and towel dry the entire car. It would be great if they had a two-step stool to facilitate thorough drying of the entire vehicle. read more

Went twice. Both with a card from Executive Kia. The first wash was poor. The attitude of the attendent when given the card was poor. The wash didn't appear to have much soap and I left still dirty. The second was much better. Two guys in front sprayed the front of the car and did a quick go over of the rear window and tires. The wash was 100% better in every way. The inconsistency of the wash and attitudes will keep me from regular attendance as a self pay however. read more

Brought my car in for a basic oil change. I knew my car needed some work but after bringing it here the guys took their time explaining and showing me things that I needed. I ended up doing a engine flush and radiator flush due to evidence of maintenance that has been over looked on my car. I haven't had the car for a long time so this place helped me make sure these things were taken care of before the winter hits. The guys also does a car wash which they did on my car as well which helped bring out the shine. They offer detailing services and they do a fantastic job. Decent places to sit while your car is being worked out and a large window so that you can see the progress. I would come here again no doubt. read more

I don't know why I gave this place another chance, but it's nearby and my car was filthy from the storm. After the wash it was about 80% cleaner. The was has 2 touchless bays and 3 DIY. I used to come here with my Golf, and while I have never seen an attendant the touchless usually did a passable job. Then I began noticing that the wash left the bottom of the car dirty, especially lower fenders and wheels. Today when I went there was a touchless wash arch sitting outside the building, a replacement, or just discarded? I bought the $9 silver wash, pulled up and waited; apparently it had to consider how much dirt it had to remove. It engaged and the arch rolled past,doing nothing, no prewash rinse. When it got to the back, it halfheartedly sprayed some water, then went back to the front for another pause. Eventually some soap was sprayed on, but the sprayer ignored the passenger side. Then it rinsed and the blower came on-I could see soap bubbles on the glass. I did a walk around that confirmed what I saw, and didn't. The lower part of my car is as city as when I arrived, the windows and mirrors, spotted and barely touched. A waste of time and money. read more

TLDR: ZERO STARS. NEVER GO HERE. Detail: Permanently scratched my windshield. I had my car serviced at Executive Kia up the road; they pay for you to have your car washed here. I came out of the car wash with scratches across my windshield. Went back to executive Kia who had just inspected my car, and they confirmed that 30 mins earlier the scratches had not been there. AVOID! The car wash breaks down all the time and damages your car. Management says it's "not their responsibility" to damage done to your car. I brought my car in for detailing and am more than happy with the results. They did an excellent job. Every nook they vacuumed, cleaned, or waxed. I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough a job was done. Even the seat belts were cleaned. Axle was a great person to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. I asked for the bugs to be removed from my car. The answer was we'll do our best. If what I received was there best, there best is unsatisfactory. In my opinion they don't have pride in their work. I arrived to use the automated car wash. The attendant approached my car without a mask (October, 2020... it's a pandemic) and with wireless earbuds in, and seemed distracted as he waved me in and haphazardly squirted some cleaner on my car. I have been through many car washes, and know the rules: neutral, no brakes, hands off the wheel. About half way through, my car was (not gently) bumped off the tracks. But the attendant guy was not to be found - apparently he was also in charge of toweling off other cars, or other things. So I beeped the horn for a couple of minutes, but it must have been difficult to hear because his earbuds were in. Anyway, exiting the car wash my side mirror was bumped by the rotating cleaner things, and I realized the bumper on my brand new car (less than one year) had been knocked loose. I was not happy. The attendant, still unmasked and with earbuds in, could not get the bumper back in place but assured me it was no big deal, and that I must have moved the wheel while I was going through the wash. Grrrrr. Nothing builds a business like blaming the customer! I got the bumper back into reasonable position and went through again to get the suds off, but will never use this company again. A simple suggestion for the management would be to train the attendant to follow the following script: "oh, I'm so sorry for what happened! That is rare. Tell you what. I'm not able to resolve your problem now, but let me take your number. I'll have my manager contact you first thing in the morning. And in case the manager doesn't contact you, here is a number you can call. His name is Jeremy and my name is Frank. Now let me refund your carwash, it's the least I can do. And if you'd like to either go through again to get the suds off your car, or rinse off your car manually on us, it's the least I can do". A guy can dream.... read more

I've gone to this car wash for years. Download the coupon(s) and you save $3. I print extra and just leave them in the car. Employees are great and price is cheap compared to other car washes I will not name and they do as good a job as expected from an automatic wash. If you want perfection, pay for a hand wash. For my 2005 Jeep, it's perfect. If I had a $50K vehicle, I'd pay for a hand wash. read more

This place is ok. The prices are high for service. I paid over $130 for a oil change and car wash. I under stand I am getting synthetic blend oil. But over 2.5 hours and only a few cars there. The guy went on lunch and for got about my truck. Then there is a horrible design where you get traffic to get in line of oil and then sit in same line for car wash to sit in same line for vacuum. You can better design that and when you say some thing the manger says it just running A business. Well maybe it's time for you to take business lessons. read more

We come here for all of our oil changes and car washes and have always had a great experience. Always great service and not one issue. Its usually the same crew of guys there so they don't churn through employees which is always a good sign. They'll make suggestions for air filter or wiper changes but if you tell them you'll take care of it yourself they are good with it and don't try to force the additional services on you. They have a clean waiting area with a vending machine, TV and seats that face windows where they are working on your car so it's never out of your sight if you're the paranoid type. They also provide a fee car wash with your oil change, which you can upgrade to one of the premium options for a few dollars more. When you go through the automated car wash they will dry it off by hand for you after- we always leave them a couple dollars for tip especially if it's freezing out or a thousand degrees out. They also offer detailing packages with a bunch of different price points but we've not yet used that service. read more

Was just at this car wash today paid $12 for the whole wash package. They wanted to charge $5 extra to clean the wheels when they did not do a proper job of cleaning them. The rims and tires were included in the price. We saw brake dust on the wheels but the guy said it wasn't. When he cleaned the the wheel it came off partially and he did it as he was in a hurry in other words he did a half fast job.his staff was giving the impression as if they wanted to charge us extra money to do this. When we tried to call back and speak to the owner, the manager said that this is like McDonald's, you cannot reach the owner. Can someone help us to solve this problem.
