So I am waiting 30 min now and someone comes in and I hear him say he is checking in for his appointment which is 15 min AFTER mine was supposed to be and they take him back. My question is why would you take him ahead of me knowing you were already putting me behind schedule. They did not set a good first impression with me....so I got up and left...NEVER TO RETURN. This gesture and remark were racially insensitive and have no place in patient care, as comments and gestures of this nature affect whether patients feel safe seeking care. The red headed assistant that works there is amazing. So fun and chatty and helpful in selecting frames. She legit could sell a blind man sunglasses. They are all so kind to everyone that walked in.
