They were patient with me while I was trying to do all of that. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my finished glasses, they didn't work out too well and they shared with me that I have a 30 day return policy if my optometrist change my prescription. It was the prescription that was the problem, not Visionworks. They change my lenses with no questions with the new prescription. Turnaround time was pretty quick. I waited about 2 weeks each time before I got my glasses. They can't do anything for you if a doctor is not on the premises. They are closed for any work on Thursdays because of this. The only thing you could do on a Thursday is maybe pick up a finished product.

Additionally, when I was directed to the exam room, I was asked to sit in the exam chair; however, the previous customer's hair and neck oil were still visibly present on the chair. When I mentioned it, the staff member responded, "I'll clean it off." My immediate thought was -- but when? That kind of oversight raises serious concerns about hygiene and professionalism. The overall environment is unpleasant, and the level of customer service is unacceptable. Furthermore, Ayman's behavior was unprofessional; interrupting and finishing my sentences while I was explaining my concern shows a clear lack of leadership and respect. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I will not be returning.

I've been…read morecoming to this office for many years, and generally had good experiences up until about two years ago. I came in for my routine exam, and things went as expected. I picked a pair of frames and spent about $300+ after insurance. Again, no complaints. Kat called me to inform me that my glasses were ready for pick up. I went and immediately noticed that the prescription was not correct. I shared this concern at pick up and was told that due to the prescription that I needed to wear them for about two weeks to allow my eyes to get adjusted. I didn't fully understand this because my prescription was the same as it had always been. I complied, and experienced headache and eye aches. I shared this and went back to the location. Again, I was assured that the prescription was current and shouldn't cause me to have any concerns. Instead it was. No resolve, I left to advocate another day. I went home and found my prescriptions from the prior year and current year, I called back and spoke to Kat to share with her my concerns and findings. She found the error, and i stead of apologizing she just took the glasses. The wrong prescription was totally wrong. I left the glasses and came back a few days later to pick them up. Again, I am still having an issue seeing. I shared this again, but was over talked and ignored. I was given the same advice of allowing the eyes to adjust to this situation. After two weeks and same concern I went somewhere else. They were able to find the concern and I spoke with the location and was told I would get a call back. It never happened, time passed and it slipped my mind to follow-up. I did call back months later and was told that although I communicated my concerns of not being able to see, and I was awaiting a response that too much time had passed for them to adjust the prescription. It sucks that I have had to overly communicate, advocate and continuously go back and fourth to get this situation corrected and still no resolve. I shared my concerns at every visit. I brought up the concern and did everything and I am still in a position of losing out money because of this. While I have a good experience at this facility the last two years have been difficult. I am choosing to not patronize going forward. While this is my experience, I share so that you are well informed.

In atypical fashion, my wait was much too long. Two people who arrived 15-30 minutes after me were taken to the back before me (even though I arrived before my appointment time). I was told I was waiting for a room to be available so I'm not sure why my wait was so long. Once in the back, the appointment ran fairly smoothly. The doctor was able to explain diagnose my issue quickly and send in an eye drop prescription for me that cleared it up. It worked well enough that I was able to cancel my follow-up appt a week later. The office is always clean and nicely organized. The staff is usually pleasant.

Let me get straight to it. I chose this place because they were in-network with my insurance and…read morethey are in my neighborhood. I called the number and scheduled an eye exam. I walked in and began to look around while I waited to be greeted. By the time I was greeted I had eyeballed all the frames in the women's section and saw NOTHING that I liked. I was finally directed to have a seat in the back to wait for the eye exam technician. The technician that performed my eye exam was cool. I can't remember her name but she was professional, nice & talkative. After my eye test, the technician dropped me off in a room, adjusted the eye device ( I don't know the technical name for it) & told me she would be back. A doctor appeared on a screen in front of me and did a virtual eye test. I don't know. It felt weird and impersonal. As soon as it was finished the technician came back to get me. I honestly felt like I was at a used car dealership at this point. They baited me with the BOGO special. BOGO to me means BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. Their promo was BOGO 60% off. Bottom line is that I paid close to $400 for 2 frames and an eye exam. They weren't even designer frames or trendy. I have style and EyeLab did not fit my style. To top everything off, I ended up going to Walmart, which I should have done in the 1st place. I received much better service and had a larger, more my style selection of frames. Joesph (EyeLab Manager, I think) was pissed when I called to cancel my order. He told me I couldn't cancel my order because it was already in process. LOL!!!! He also tried to get me to keep at least one pair but I declined. He was not one bit concerned that my eye needs were met elsewhere but more concerned with the loss of money at his store. Lucretia was a HUGE help. She tried to work with me on a payment plan for the frames and even added input while I tried desperately to find frames. It's a no for me on EyeLab.
