Better comes when you have competition and in Fayette County there really isn't much competition for engravers of plaques and trophies. When we walked in I thought we had walked into the set of some sketch on Blue Collar Comedy hour. Three employees were sitting in the back of the "showroom" with their go-plates of a late afternoon snack- everything fried- just shooting the breeze. Boxes are piled every where. Dust on everything. No one hops up to say, how can we help you. We walk to the back and ask if they can engrave our daughter's name on a plaque she had won. "Sure, ready in a week". For some reason we actually expected it to be done while we wait.... how crazy is that. Guess that is our big city mall mentality..."come back in an hour". Not in Newnan... Here is how they met the basic requirements.... Job was done on time and they spelled the name correctly. It was reasonably priced. They were open when they said they would be. Here is how it could have been done better.... Could have matched the font to the other font on the plaque or at least told us they didn't have the capability of doing that. It definately looks like it was not done when she won the honor. So if you need trophies for your little league team or as a gag gift or other award, they have a good selection, but be patient and be specific about what style you want the engraving to be. They had a good selection of trophies available and looked like they could probably order other options from a catalog.

I really didn't know exactly what I was looking for to start but lucky me, they made it so easy. I don't love having to go into stores (because of traffic and I'm a tired girl lol) or having to simply guess and order over the phone as some trophy stores expect. They make it so easy by offering up all their options online, allowing you to order in store, over the phone or online. Score. I was able to browse through all of the options and came across the perfect design. It's been a few years since I've purchased a trophy so I didn't know what to expect as far as pricing but I was so blown away that I walked out with 5 lines of engraving + rush time and didn't spend over $80. I received proofs back within 30min of submitting my order! I made a revision to a line I previously submitted and the revisions were back within minutes. Incredible turnaround time. I was waiting around for an email/call telling me it was done and was so worried it wouldn't be ready in time. When I called (about 7 days after my initial order) hoping and praying that it was ready, I overheard the team member I spoke to (who was a sweetheart) say to another coworker that it had been ready for like 5 days lol. Oops. I don't believe I did, but maybe I missed an kind of "ready for pickup" communication? But who cares, I was more focused on the fact that it had been finished so quickly! :) Pickup was super easy, every employee I spoke to was incredibly helpful and patient as well. They have two pickup locations and I picked up at the Midtown location. Located in a plaza with restaurants and a few other businesses, there's lots of parking and it was a quick process.
