Online order of a SpeedySwab Rapid Covid-19 + Flu A/B Antigen Self Test and apparently it was not in stock. The order was substituted for a standard Covid test which wasn't needed but I didn't realize at the time of pickup. I wasn't allowed to return due to strict policy on returning this item even though the security/tamper seal was still intact (never opened). Had to go to a competitor to get the product I wanted even though at the time of my online order it was showing as in-stock. read more

Entire family has the flu and no ins currently. Tried to ask if they knew if there was an RX code avail to which I was told I'd have to find one myself. Left and came back once I found one and they pulled it right up in their system with no prob. The girl helping was extremely rude and any question I asked pertaining to the medicine j was giving my child she was extremely annoyed by. so much that I asked if someone else could help me. The pharmacist came up and I explained to her that I am a sick mom taking care of sick babies and deserve better treatment than that when filling prescriptions. she said nothing. no apology, nothing to help besides acting like I was stupid. I was an office manager for a large Hosp in Atlanta and work r in healthcare for 12 years. I never would've allowed a customer to be treated the way I was. zero accountability and a bunch of lazy employees/pharmacist. Nevee will return. read more

I physically dropped 2 prescriptions off at this location at the drive thru, after weeks of waiting for them, I finally received a text to pick them up. When I got there I was told they were at another location?! Puzzled I asked why? They had no answer. So now I'm sitting inside waiting for 2 new prescriptions I've waited on for weeks. I tried to explain that his wheelchair would in no way interfere with what he needed but to no avail. On March 18, 2017, I went to the Take Care Clinic just to get refills for my albuterol for my nebulizer. I saw Montaque Abdullahi. She barely looked at me the for the first 3-4 minutes I was in the room. I specifically asked for multiple refills b/c I don't have insurance and I go through a box each month for my asthma and can't afford to pay $90 each month just to have a $9 prescription refilled. She had already sent the rx to the pharmacy I requested, but said that she sent a 2nd rx that included refills so it shouldn't be a problem. I went to my pharmacy and picked up my rx and then this month when I needed to get a refill I called my pharmacy and they said they have no record of a second rx being sent. I called the number and talked to a rep and they had someone from the clinic call me and that person told me that it shows that the person I saw did sent a 2nd rx with refills and b/c it has been so long (3 weeks) since I was seen they can't call in refill for me I would need to be seen again. Which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. My pharmacy has no record of the 2nd rx being called. Needless to say, I will not go back to the clinic. I am terribly disappointed in their service all the way around. read more

I walked in and was not greeted. I'm used to my cashiers greeting me in Peachtree City when I walk into Walgreens. Not here. The girl at the register looks like she lived in the dumpster behind there. Her hair was greasier than Five Guys burgers. The only glimmer of light was the manager. A blonde bombshell named Katie K. I don't know what that second K stood for. But I am assuming "kickass", because she was doing everyone's job. She was running back and forth. I was tired just watching her. I proceeded to the counter with my makeup. The girl at the register had attitude and was moving slower than my arthritic grandmother. When I got to the counter she asked if I used that brand (Maybelline) before. I said I have. She goes "It doesn't work that well." I said "I've never had an issue with it." Before I could finish my sentence she interrupts with "well it's just not a good color either." I huffed. Paid for my things then left. She'd be the last person I'd take makeup tips from. Pro tip. Makeup works better on a washed non oily face. But thank you. read more

I went to the doctor for a knee injury, and he wrote me a prescription for 7.5 loratabs. I took them to the pharmacy near where I went to the doctor. The store on Salem road ( Covington Ga) claimed to be busy and said it would be 1 .5 hours to fill it. I asked for my prescription back think I wasn't going to be in the area that long, I was going to grab some clothes and go back to my girlfriends house where I also stay. I stay in between Covington and Granville( near newnan). On the way back home I stopped by this Walgreens to drop it off. I had more time and if they told me another long time I could handle it because we were almost back home and I could run back up to pick it up. Well the lady at the Covington store had wrote my drivers license # on it and I guess it was a concern to the tech. She took it to the oh armistice and then come told me that it would not be filled. I parked and sent in and inquired as to the problem. The pharmacist said that I was along way from where the prescription was written that I should go back closer to get it filled. I was like what?? The dr.prescription is good in this state. She told me she had the authority no to fill it because of distance. I am like what?? I admit it wasn't a close by doctors office but it was from dekalb medical physicians. They just filled a narcotic before my surgery last month from another doctor that was 40 miles away at Georgia urology at southern regional, riverdale. She said all that didn't matter it wasn't get filled. I told her my regular monthly medicines were filled there too. All that didn't matter. If it isn't local I guess they will not fill it. I left and took it two block to Walmart and they filled it with no problem. My question is if the pharmist thought it was a fake or something, why didn't she call to verify, call the police or something. Can you imagine how I felt needing this meds and the pharmacist refusing to fill it for no confirmed reason. I was thinking what did I do wrong, I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I will never not my girlfriend EVER set foot on a Walgreens property again. I will transfer my maintenance drugs from Walgreens too. I called the 1800walgreens number and lodged a complaint. I will let you know what the regional manager said. It was during office hours and the doctor should have been called if she felt something wasn't right. Save yourself time and trouble, Walmart was 4 dollars cheaper, filled it in 45 min., and was very professional. I hope this review helps other patrons read more
