They claim they didn't have the proper insurance info in order to process the payment. On top of that this was scheduled weeks in advance and we get no phone calls until the Friday evening before they closed. Then we had to wait until Monday where they indicate they open at 9am but no one answered the phone or returned our call until 10:30am. Not impressed and I'll be speaking with the original doctor who works with them that I'll NEVER use this pharmacy for anything not even baby aspirin. I will pay extra to go elsewhere where people are treated properly. Not creating stress for someone about to go into surgery because they are inept and cannot do their job. Horrible.

Both were very tasty; enough to have me thinking about when I can go back for lunch again. The woman working the counter was very helpful and kind in walking me thru the menu options, and the pricing was good. The gift shop area is currently featuring fall-themed items (think pumpkin-flavored and turkey-themed treats and decor). However there is still a large sampling of items without the fall theme. I was taken back and shocked at the refusal of service for a pain medication I'd never been on and needed due to a major car wreck. I literally stood shocked because I didn't know what went wrong and I definitely didn't present myself in that manner. to be black and refused service in 2024 from a white man for something that didn't occur (eye rolling or attitude) that I didn't hv nor ever present myself baffles me. you didn't want to fill the prescription to begin with, Derrick Chapman just looked for a reason as a private pharmacy not to do it, irregardless of how bad I needed it. I'm aware of the episode epidemics however I've never needed one or taken one.
