The Minute Clinic used to be great....now they double book every time slot, every day, per the marching orders of corporate. How do I know this? During a previously double-booked appointment, I asked a Minute Clinic employee and she went on a 10 minute diatribe how waiting forever past one's appointment time is normal and she hopes I complain to corporate via my survey. Wow....I replied-I would just like my shingles vaccine because I hear the shingles are awful...please help me! Well, to avoid droning on like a beehive, I will cut to the chase. When I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner, I discovered I was 3 days early to receive my 2nd vaccine, and I would have to reschedule, be double booked again, and spend another Friday afternoon waiting around the CVS Minute Clinic. Right this moment I am again attempting my 2nd dose...it is 438 pm and my appointment was scheduled for 400 pm. Help me CVS Corporate Overlords before I come down with shingles this holiday season. One last note-it seems the employees here are trying their hardest to keep everyone happy, given a very difficult scheduling situation created by the Corporate Overlords. read more

We brought our 7 yr old to the minute clinic yesterday (Sunday). The NP Nicole is phenomenal! She was excellent with our daughter, listened to us, and provided exceptional care. We went in for a strep test which was positive, Nicole provided a prescription , as well as a suggestion for an OTC med. She took time to explain correct dosages. We were very impressed and thankful for such a compassionate provider to be available on a Sunday! Thanks Nicole keep up the great work, we appreciate you. read more

I went in for a walk in at the minute clinic today, which they no longer do. I waited for the charge NP to come out to ask politely if they took walk ins and she stated no, so I continued to ask if I could wait to see if a patient was a no show and take that time slot. She stated that if a patient didn't show up they would be putting away supplies and I did not need to waste my time waiting. Also they have a 10 minute grace period which would alter their schedule. I could go to the emergency room. I in fact do not have an emergency, I have strep throat and needed to verify with a rapid test to be prescribed antibiotics. I don't think the ED would like to see a patient walk in for a "sore throat" when there are true emergencies. She said I could wait until midnight to see if any appointments open four days from now. I understand no longer taking walk ins because of the influx in sick patients, but to tell a patient that you would put up supplies instead of seeing them and making them wait a week before being seen is absurd. I will no longer shop at any CVS location and I have already transferred my prescriptions due to this experience. read more

It's hot and I'm sitting in my car to write this review because... Well ... That's just how much I care about writing a review when I receive excellent customer service. I can't remember her name and I feel super awkward going back inside, so forsake of embarrassment per receipt the CVS Crew Member name is Ashley I came into CVS and as usual the staff always greets you (which is super awesome) and ask if you need help. Well I knew where to go, which was to the phot center, and I advised no help needed this time. Everything was smoother this time around ... Knew how to set the wifi, had my photo album ready, sent to kiosk and ready to pay. Here's is the little hiccup I ran into ... There was a long -LONG - pause between photos. I didn't want to bother the cashier as she had enough issues in line going on (lots of people and those people had kids with grabby hands and wanted their parents to buy everything they picked up). Anywho, Ashley and her coworker came over to see if I needed help after the line went down. I advised and of course we both laughed because I told her "I could wait, y'all had a bit much going on over there" LOL (you had to see it to believe it) - anywho. Ashley and her co-op came over to help and the printer ran out of more than paper. We talked, made each other laugh, and I totally understand the woes of "technical issues" but needless to say they were great. Issue fixed. I advised Ashley of the charge difference vs site and store and after she explained it, totally understood the difference which I didn't know about prior to printing. Ashley was nice enough to give me the price difference and after a long day and now this I told her I could really use a drink - well, thx to Ashley's advice, I bought a bottle of wine too! Didn't know CVS sold that!! While ringing up Ashley and I conversed about some other things and really all I can say THANK YOU ASHLEY!! It's people like you that keep customers like me coming back. If Ashley or her manager sees this, tell her thank you. She really brightened my day. You never know what type of day someone is having but I thank you Ashley. Poor communication, poor service. Three prescriptions were filled and all should have been 90 days. The next day I realized that one of my prescriptions was only 30 days. Now this wouldn't have been a problem if I have been informed prior to filling them as I could have got them somewhere else however nothing was said. The situation wasnt a big deal but when I called to ask what had happened, I was basically shrugged off and said well there has been a recall on those and we didn't have enough (that's a great reason but you should have communicated that to me before I collected them). I was also told that due to the recall no one has enough of them in stock (again, fair enough but this should have been communicated to me before I collected them so I could have called around myself). I feel ridiculous that I'm even writing a review about collecting my prescriptions but the service was just so below par, I felt the need too. Poor service and I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on. read more

Or only the best pharmacy, the only one I will use. Such a wonderful staff and very knowledgeable, the pharmacist are all great from the ladies to to the man. Great people hands down. The pharmacy tech from Kelly, Kortni, Casey are the best. The pharmacy techs are the and they help more then they should. The front lady Ashley is also a great employee, one you could build a business around. This is the only pharmacy, I will ever use. Great job everyone. read more
