Didn't think I'd ever be reviewing a pharmacy - but the service and quality here deserves 5 stars. Elder family member moved in recently and had to learn a lot quickly. This place could not have been more helpful and accommodating to all and every request. Locally owned, tons of little local crafts, gifts and of course just about anything you need. Not only do they remember customers (even after one visit), always welcoming, offer delivery and even a drive thru window (offering dog treats too) but some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. So I live out of state. I work in peach tree city. My Doctors office is also in Georgia. Every month I struggle to get my meds refilled. I went to their pharmacy off of hospital road and while they told me they fill for local residents only they still helped me out. I wish I was a local to be able to use their services from now on. They were super polite. Very, very professional, and to put icing on top of the cake they had my meds filled within a matter of minutes. I am so grateful to these people for helping me out of a bad situation. Everyone in Newnan should feel grateful for having such a stellar group of people serving their community. read more

They always have my prescriptions ready immediately after Dr sends them. If I hand in a paper prescription, they have it ready in under 5 minutes. Service is excellent. LIFE CHANGING AND SAVING!! I don't care if it's out of your way or not. If you are not getting your prescription filled at Lee Goodrums then you need to start. Long story short I did a telladoc appointment and had to start my antibiotics tonight. I was told if I wake up and I'm not better go to the hospital because I have Nasal Vestibulitis and it already spreading and can get into my brain and I will need IV antibiotics. Well I thought my pharmacy closed at 8. They close earlier. I am freaking out cause what am I going to do without meds that are super life saving important. Out of sheer desperation I Facebook message the pharmacy. The owner replies about 30 minutes later and is not only going to get me my prescription but drop it off at my house. Who does that!! That's more than good customer service. It's off hospital road. Oh and when I go for regular medication I never have more than maybe a 4-5 minute wait. Ever. Even when I walk in with a prescription. They are the best and they are worth the drive. I have no idea what I would have done tonight. Hubby's working out of town and I have 2 small kids. They are life savers. read more

John Goodrum is the owner and goes out of his way to help his customers...and Mrs. Ann has bn there since the Ark landed..and she is one sweet and helpful lady.
