This place could not have been more helpful and accommodating to all and every request. Locally owned, tons of little local crafts, gifts and of course just about anything you need. Not only do they remember customers (even after one visit), always welcoming, offer delivery and even a drive thru window (offering dog treats too) but some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Service is excellent, easy to work with and flexible with what you need. If you need meds nearby - don't bother with anywhere else.

I had purchased a few things from RAW Body Essentials, but I was pleasantly surprised with the…read moreshampoo bar. This was my first shampoo bar ever so trying to get it to lather and use in my hair was not as easy the first time. The next time I used it, LOTS of lather. Also using the conditioner bar as was light and my hair felt more manageable. The whipped soap feels really nice on my skin. It didn't lather a lot, the fragrance wasn't strong and my skin felt moisturized. The whipped body butter goes a long way. You do not need a lot. I just put enough on my finger tips and it takes care of my feet and my legs. To also know that these products are made with natural ingredients, I don't have to worry about my daughters using them. The only suggestion I would have is probably having more scents available for the shampoo bars, ( like a coconut scent) then again I think you already have this scent, but it gets purchased so quickly!

Maybe oddly, the only thing I've never gone here for is pharmacy needs. The soda shoppe inside here has a lunch counter like you might find in historical photos of 1960s America, and they make great shakes and floats. For the first time this week, I was there during the lunch hour and was able to try the food. I had a chicken salad sandwich and cup of chili. Both were very tasty; enough to have me thinking about when I can go back for lunch again. The woman working the counter was very helpful and kind in walking me thru the menu options, and the pricing was good. The gift shop area is currently featuring fall-themed items (think pumpkin-flavored and turkey-themed treats and decor). However there is still a large sampling of items without the fall theme. Honestly, just browsing the gifts is a great way to get ideas when looking for something for someone special.
