First time at this location. The store wasn't well stocked, but I was able to get what I needed. Valentine's Day is over and many ppl were buying candy that was on sale. Having you wait over 24 hours for an antibiotic is unacceptable and dangerous. Rude and condescending when you voice your concern

We are out of town my wife has cancer. We went in to get some meds around 5 pm. They had no problem telling me in the morning. I go to my pharmacy in Florence, Sc and in 15 min I have any perception I turn in. Thank God for Publix, I truly hope all CVS's go out of business. They are awful and they manipulate the market to try and put small pharmacist out of business. read more

Ungodly slow. Normal prescriptions take forever, but they're Vaccinations are the worst. Waited over an hour, WITH an appointment. The appointments mean nothing. read more

The pharmacy needs expansion... into the store area....constantly packed. Needs more staff....The rest of the store is half empty.

If I could give the pharmacy zero stars I would. Their pharmacy tech is so rude, unprofessional and needs to be retrained. I had questions about my perception she would not help, she left me standing at the counter while she proceeded to do something else. I asked for a manger on duty and the tech replied "I'm as good as your going to get" The manger was not on duties so I called corporate and complained. I love this Pharmacy and The pharmacist here. To see how they pull these crazy hours and go through all the medication and deal with so many people needing help with various different issues these people are angels. Some of the comments below are inappropriate and incorrect. These workers are doing they're job they do not determine availability of medication.. amongst other things i see people complain about. Be nice and patient you have no idea how stressful that job could be. Be thankful you can receive medication at all and have empathy for these workers. This CVS is amazing and the staff is so bubbly and Will, Mercedes, Dominique, and Ginger are amazing and willing to go the extra mile to help when they can! Just awesome! read more

Was the only car in the drive thru and waited 25 minutes to pick up my prescription. Only after politely pointing out that I was there before the man that was being waited on at the inside register was I waited on and then they didn't have all my my prescriptions that were supposed to be filled 5 days ago!!! Either have a person checking out the drive thru and a person checking out in store or close one down!!!! Your poor employees are overwhelmed! read more

Came back in today and had a much better experience than my last visit. Had to go to the Pharmacy. Was immediately recognized and waited on. Also, got my flu shot which was as painless as possible. read more

The Pharmacist and staff is unapologetically rude, inappropriate timing, unsafe, and does not respect the importance of getting emergency medications to prevent complications and unnecessary re-admissions to acute care facilities for ill patients with or without co-mobidities. Cvs needs to immediately step in and re-evaluate & reconstruct the Pharmacist and staff of this location priority's from selfishness to patient oriented & safety. Not doing so will lead to delay of medication administration resulting in death. read more

Store is great....pharmacy is the worst... they are rude and miserable.....you wait forever..and when you call are on hold for almost 30 min....they say they are always short staffed......Call corporate and complain....maybe corporate will get them some help. read more

To think I once loved CVS. I was a loyal customer for 12 years and even liked their stock.Not any more! The pharmacist are soooo snooty, and they give horrible customer service. Been using CVS in every city I have ever lived but not anymore because of this store. I wouldn't be so upset had I been giving some kind of phone call. My son NEEDED to start his medicine tonight. We had his doctor send his prescription this store at 2 pm after our visit. Was told by a tech no later than 5:30 that they were short staffed. Decided to give them more time (and had a very fussy baby) and sent my husband at 7:30 when he got off work. He was there for 50 minutes and we didn't even get all our medicines. Why am I, the customer, being punished for your lack of staff? If it was that bad, I should have received a phone call letting me know that my scripts were not ready and that 2 were not in stock. So very disappointed and will be taking my services else where. read more

***************** WARNING !!!! ****************** DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO THIS PHARMACY!!!! Go to any other CVS, but never this one. There is a thief in their pharmacy. My wife picked up my son prescription the other day and when she arrived at home only one of the two medications were in the bag. She came straight from the pharmacy to our home so their is no way it could have gone missing. We looked everywhere and the only explanation is CVS didn't give us the medication. It also happen to be the controlled substance that was missing. After explaining what happen CVS just blew us off. By the way the other review is true, these people are snooty and look down on you. We ended up having to get another prescription which is a nightmare to do. On top of that another $157.34 which comes to a grand total $314.00 out of my pocket. Do not trust this pharmacy. if you do not have another option. Then check everything before you leave there and I can't stress this enough, make sure their is a CVS staff person watching you as you check it. If they refuse put the medication down and do not pay until they do. It is your only option to protect yourself. Do not leave the store and try to come back later. If you do you they will look at you like you are idiot. Do not go through the drive through to pick up medication. Once it is in your hands it your problem. My family has been using this pharmacy for over 2 years now. And we have always used CVS for the last 12 years we have lived here. We have never had issues like this before. But now if it wasn't for my insurance through my work I would never use CVS ever again. Since my sons medication is not covered under my insurance we take the prescription to another non CVS pharmacy. read more

The location is convenient. They are fast with my prescriptions. Well stocked and have great customer service. The only inconvenience is the photo kiosk always having kinks. read more

They are a pretty decent store to get prescriptions from and the minute clinic is pretty good for diagnosing the small stuff, but don't develop photos there or they'll mess them up. read more

I am always running to CVS for something! The staff are great and they have a lot of good products. I love their diabetic section and the baby section also. It's a good place to go if you need medication or chocolate haha. read more

Some people on the pharmacy staff are very rude and talk down to you. They offer to call your doctor to renew your prescriptions but don't do it and then tell you it is your responsibility to check if they called or not. I have to go through this every month. I just need my medicine people!! read more
