Vince came out and showed us everything that was needed to make the change and provided a detailed estimate. Unfortunately, circumstances changed, and we couldn't move forward. Cut to now, July '25, and we called again. Vince actually remembered us and the job we were asking for! He (and Jacob) just finished the work today and everything was just spot on. The preparation, the explanations, any deviations, and the finished work, were handled professionally and thoroughly. The minor adjustments did not alter the original estimate either. Awesome job. We would absolutely recommend them!

I called Plumbing Masters , my phone call was answered by Matt about 9 am. He had three or four calls ahead of me but said he would be here by the end of the day. My upstairs bathroom which is over my kitchen was leaking down over my stove. Even shutting off the water to the house didnt stop the water from coming down over my recent ( and very expensive) kitchen remodel. Matt texted me that he was on his way in mid afternoon and showed up much faster than I has expected. We met on my front porch and as soon as he entered my foyer Matt slipped on shoe coverings, I was very impressed. Matt assessed the situation and went right to work and explained how much this was going to cost. Turns out I needed both my tub and toilet " snaked" since they both didnt share the same draining system and ai needed my toilet upstairs disconnected ans connected as a part of getting my project done. Upon completion of the job Matt explained everything to me , cleaned up and packed away his equipment. I gladly paid him for the project and above and beyond courtesy and effort to remedy my situation. I cannot recommend Matt and Plumbing Masters high enough and will be a customer for life. Thank you again Matt. David Derrick

Scott has that rare blend that we all hope for in a local business: professional, punctual, and reasonable. He returned our message promptly, making it a priority to set up the appointment within a few days even though we were a smaller, non-emergency situation. Scott quickly diagnosed the issue, trying first to repair the faucet to save us a few bucks, which was much appreciated. When he discovered that the faucet needed replacement, Scott listened to our preferences- right down to the ability to hook up our plastic "Python" aquarium cleaning hose for a nearby tank. We even got a call from Scott making sure that he chose the right finish before returning with our new faucet. The price was very reasonable for a licensed, bonded, insured plumber. It was obvious to see why Scott has taught courses in his field to future plumbers. Highly recommended! -Chris D.
