Vince came out and showed us everything that was needed to make the change and provided a detailed estimate. Unfortunately, circumstances changed, and we couldn't move forward. Cut to now, July '25, and we called again. Vince actually remembered us and the job we were asking for! He (and Jacob) just finished the work today and everything was just spot on. The preparation, the explanations, any deviations, and the finished work, were handled professionally and thoroughly. The minor adjustments did not alter the original estimate either. Awesome job. James and his assistant (I forget his name) arrived the same day and were communicative via text, letting me know when he left the previous job and was on the way to my house. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some pointers about how to clear the clog myself in the future, if it happened again. It took them about 30 minutes to clear the clog and they took their time checking that it was gone for good. Given the COVID pandemic I asked them to wear masks and they did without hesitation; James said this is their policy anyway. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite throughout the whole service call. I will definitely keep them in mind if I have future plumbing problems. Highly recommend.
