John and his excellent team were at my house in a few days and installed the new water heater. The work was completed within a few hours. It is so nice to have hot water to each faucet immediately. Everyone at Noble plumbing is so nice to work with. They truly live up to the name of Noble. I'm grateful to know I have someone to call if a plumber is needed. Thank you to John, Justin and JC.

James and his assistant (I forget his name) arrived the same day and were communicative via text, letting me know when he left the previous job and was on the way to my house. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some pointers about how to clear the clog myself in the future, if it happened again. It took them about 30 minutes to clear the clog and they took their time checking that it was gone for good. Given the COVID pandemic I asked them to wear masks and they did without hesitation; James said this is their policy anyway. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite throughout the whole service call. I will definitely keep them in mind if I have future plumbing problems. Highly recommend.

Everything leaked so they definitely had their challenges and they were good at helping me only replace the most critical components. The only downside is I found their pricing to be on the (very) high side. I understand good plumbers are never inexpensive but they are pricey. Later, the office staff called me, acted incredibly rude, and threatened financial penalties. Now, they are sending predatory, inflated bills to a completely different address trying to force us to pay for a service that never happened. On top of that, ever since I gave them my contact info, I have been targeted by 10 to 15 spam calls and texts EVERY SINGLE DAY. They clearly sold or leaked my phone number. Absolute scam. My husband drained the old hot water heater, disconnected it, returned it to Home Depot and then purchased the new one, brought it home, took it in our house so that when the mechanics arrived at our home at 10:04 AM all they had to do was take it down the basement and make 4 connections. My husband also saved the fittings from the old hot water heater that were an exact fit for the new one. There was NO retrofitting, just connecting. As I stated they arrived at 10:04 AM and left at 10:45 AM. 41 minutes and the job was complete. They charged us $600. for 41 minutes of work. In my humble opinion, NOTHING justifies that. Andy's quote for the water install job was over a thousand dollars cheaper than his competitors and we're very happy with the install and our water system.
