I was referred to McCormick Auto Body after hitting a deer that damaged the front bumper and grille…read moreon my brand-new vehicle. At the time, I trusted that the repairs would be completed properly and to industry standards. Unfortunately, during a recent repair, I discovered that some of the previous work had not been done correctly. Instead of replacing the damaged sensor mounts/brackets, they were simply glued back together. As a result, the current repair became more expensive and complicated than it should have been. For a brand-new vehicle, I expected the repairs to be completed the right way using the proper replacement parts, not temporary fixes. This experience has left me very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend McCormick Auto Body and would encourage others to thoroughly inspect any repairs completed there.

I first stopped in a couple months ago…read morewhen my check engine light came on (everyone's worst nightmare!) and most recently for routine maintenance. I called up JT Auto as soon as my check engine light came on and I was connected with Lisa, who is an absolute gem! She was able to get me an appointment for the next day and walked me through the whole process. I had to come back more than once in between my meetings, and Lisa was very considerate and informed me that because they were experiencing a delay, she could stay open a little late so I could pick up my vehicle. The first time I checked in, she informed me that the wrong part was sent over, but Lisa expertly navigated calling the right folks to ensure that I got the right part! When picking up my car, JT was able to answer all my questions and recommended some helpful service tips that may save me from some grief in the future. The second time I went in was for routine maintenance and the whole JT Auto team was able to get me in and out ASAP! I can say with confidence that JT Auto is my go-to location for all my car needs. Thanks to the whole team for providing efficient, reliable service!

After a thorough assessment, they were honest with me that half the work quoted wasn't actually necessary, and did the required work for half the price while showing me what exactly was problematic and was not. The shop is old school (appointments have to be made via phone) and unassuming, but Tim has 40yrs of experience and his team does quality work. Also walking distance to Towson Town Center, so super convenient to get some errands in whilst work is being done. Highly recommend this garage; it's so hard to find mechanics who are not gimmicky with tempting deals or overpriced, but thorough, fair, and reliable. Customer for life!
