Then, just two days before the scheduled installation, they canceled the job, saying the roof was unsafe. I completely respect putting employee safety first, but that should have been identified during the initial site visit before they quoted the work and had me invest significant time arranging financing and planning around the installation. This experience made me feel like they don't have the right people evaluating projects upfront, and the lack of communication and last-minute cancellation showed a disappointing lack of customer focus. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

I had called Action Heating and Air for my furnace service and found them to be dependable and professional, so I figured I would give them another try. I booked an appointment a few days out and Rick showed up... on time and ready to tackle the a/c inspection. He did brief me on what he would be doing and then quickly got to work (no rush as it was not hot, well not yet anyway). He did his inspection and cleaning of the unit briefing me along the way as to his findings. Once done, he cleaned up the work area and presented me with a very reasonable bill of service. Rick was extremely professional and friendly at all times during the service visit. He said he would call back after the holiday weekend to schedule a time to come out and complete the work. We never heard back. I followed up with the office on at least 4 separate occasions (waiting at least 2 weeks in between each call) asking for a call back to schedule a time to have the work completed, because I assumed like many business they had a lot of work. I have still never heard back even after letting the secretary know that this was an issue. It's October and time to move on to another company. I don't know they just feel it's not worth their time unless a customer is getting a new furnace, but I would say don't bother with this company.

He explained things thoroughly. And I now have surge protectors to prevent this from happening again. He even offered to bring me a window ac but it wasn't necessary because he was here early the next morning and had it up and running and let me know about how long it would take. I'm so glad I called them. They gave me a good price and I know I can depend on them to keep my ac unit working efficiently for a long time.
