I had a root canal and a temporary crown put on this morning. The procedure itself was extremely painful because I had narrow passages on my roots as well as curvature. However, Dr. Ean was top-notch providing local anesthesia multiple times to quell the pain. Love him as a and have been going there for several years. I would highly recommend Dr. Ean for any dental procedure. Even though the root canal hurt, he's still one of the out here doing what he does. read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years hoping things would improve, but my most recent appointment confirmed they haven't. The hygienist was extremely rough and rushed through my cleaning, leaving my gums bleeding despite me having good dental hygiene. The dentist spent almost no time with me, didn't explain my X-rays, and dismissed my concerns without giving any helpful information. Even the front desk staff consistently seem irritated by simple questions. Overall, the office feels impatient, rushed, and uninterested in providing quality care. My family and I had recently relocated to Midlothian, TX and I had a dental emergency (broken crown). Using Yelp search, I discovered Clark Dental Group. They were able to see me same day, my first question was do you all except my dental insurance. Billing clerk responded "yes", and provided an estimate for treatment but I noticed the charges were extremely high. However, due to needing the crown repaired ASAP proceed for work....paid portion. Then the shocker...I get another unexpected bill abt 2 months later requesting an additional several hundreds dollars. Basically, because the billing clerk was unclear/uncertain/maybe new abt insurance covers I had to pay....I had assume she got a pre-authorization and/or verified my coverage. Second, as for the dental treatment received...it was below average which had me continuing the search for a family dentist. I felt like the dentist/staff rushes through treatment in order to maximize patients seen reflecting in poor quality of treatment/service. FYI, I had found another local dentist prior to receiving second bill that met my family and I needs. read more

My husband Don went to this Dentist, Brian Clark dental , in December 2021 to get bottom teeth pulled and a denture put in and later would see about dental implants. He got his x-rays, and the dental hygienist said that he should have them cleaned, not sure why since they were going to be pulled except for the $300 charge. The assistant made the impressions of the bottom and top teeth and then a few days later Charles Ean D.D.S pulled 10 bottom teeth and added some bone graft and then inserted the bottom denture. My husband went back the next day And was having problems with the denture, Ean said just don't wear them until the swelling goes down. So My husband went back after the swelling went down and he was having a hard time getting the denture in , we all discussed the Denture not fitting correctly and that is when the assistant said the mold had been broken and the dentist, Ean said they would make it right or replace the denture. So in January when the appointment came around , Dr. Clark himself was there and took over my husbands case. He had him coming in on an average of about 10 days, sometimes weekly to adjust and work on these bottom dentures. They never fit properly, they hurt , Sore spots were on the gums , He wasn't able to eat properly with them at all. This went on from January to April 2022. At this point I called and ask for all of my husband's Dental records so he can go somewhere else. Clark D.D.S had wanted my husband to continue coming in until August and get these dentures adjusted until they could put permanent implants in, Which My husband had not actually decided on yet. He paid $1200 for the denture and they never fit proper. We had asked at one point if they could just make a whole new denture and he said we would have to pay for it. Not sure why since the first Denture was never made correctly. On this last visit it was clearly evident that Clark DDS was upset and accused my husband of going to another dentist which He did , to see about implants only .. He knew at this point , when they couldn't get the dentures correct that He would not want them to do implants but Clark pointed his finger at my husband during the conversation and called him a liar more than once about seeing another dentist , saying another dentist had worked on the bottom denture. Clarks accusations of saying someone else was working on the bottom denture was false. Why would My husband want two Dentist to work on the denture? he was very unprofessional so my husband said to give the $1200 back and he would give him the bottom denture and that's how it ended. I also want to make clear that one of his staff members that makes the appointments was extremely rude more than once. We would never recommend this office to anyone. D. Coker read more

first off the facade is nice and the equipment appears to be modern. dont let that fool you, that is the only good thing. the customer service is horrible, as if you are doing them a favor. i have been to the dentist a time or two and i know a rush job when i receive one. i spent more time with the xray girl than i did with the cleaning girl and dentist combined. i was told i was scheduled for an hour. i was in my car in less than 28 mins, that includes the time it took to pay-up and ask about the insurance. definitely didnt receive what i paid for, not even close. furthermore, i had asked their "insurance expert" about a service i wanted and was told my insurance didnt cover it. after returning home, i called my insurance myself and discovered it IS covered. i called back that same day and asked the office manager to call and verify. she argued that i should call and try to get a conference call set up so she didnt have to play "phone tag" with me. her actual words. the staff is too busy to make a call to verify insurance coverage that will benefit their own owners. bottom line is that they dont care about you and God forbid you ask them to do something for you. to summarize, horrible dental service and horrible customer service. i recommend you spend your money somewhere else. a place where they at least pretend to care, clark dental is not it. read more

Everyone from start to finish was amazing!!! Emergency situation for me with a hurting tooth!!! They got me in within the hour and were so kind and listened to all I had to say!!! X-rays cleaning discussions and helped me solve the problem. Dr Ean was very kind and Jacqueline the hygienist was excellent!!!! We're lucky to have such care in Midlothian. DO NOT come here! Poorly RAN. Charged me for a bill that was NOT even mine, and I don't find out until their collection company reaches out to me. Their scamming people for sure! How does this even happen? I don't owe them ANYTHING. Then when I ask for help they say Their no longer able to talk about my entire account KNOWING who I am and that I pay out of pocket each time I come in! The bill is only for $250!!! Ridiculous considering my family and I have spent thousands here. Will never go back!! Advise anyone that pays out of pocket to never come here they don't manage or take care of their paying clients at all. read more

I have been looking for a good dentist and I found one in Brian Clark. I had to get a crown and needed an appointment the first week of the year. They got me in January 3, 2012. I was seen immediately with no wait. The office was clean and had all modern equipment. I was in there less then an hour to have my tooth prepped and a temporary cap put on. They set me up in 3 weeks for the final placement of the crown, however, when I called to see if I could get in sooner I was told they would see what they could do and they got my crown delivered a week early. I was thrilled since I had to go out of town. When I went to get the crown I was called in immediately and had the same prompt, courteous treatment.
