We suddenly noticed that my 94 year old father ,who has advanced dementia and lives in assisted living, was missing his front teeth... they appeared to have broken off in the last couple of weeks. I feared that taking him to the dentist was going to be a nightmare as he does not cooperate and does not travel outside of his residence well. However, I searched online for a dentist who deals with seniors and was lucky to find Willow Tree. I explained the situation and my dad's health and cooperation issues, but they said they believed they could handle it. And they were right. Dr. B was amazing, compassionate, calming and patient. She was able to get detailed x-rays to determine how bad his teeth situation was... We will be visiting her on a regular basis so she can treat his situation and hopefully minimize future breakage. I highly recommend Dr. B and Willow Tree Dental. After switching from another dentist, I found out at my first appointment with Dr. B that I had four cavities. I was shocked as I have always kept up with my cleanings and that my previous dentist never mentioned it. The nurse was great and did all my X-rays and pictures. Dr. B cleaned my teeth herself and explained all my X-rays and pictures. She explained the cavities and the effects of what could happen later if I didn't care for my teeth. No guilt trips at all. She immediately knew who I was because husband just started going to her. I loved that she was very professional but personable. Her bedside manner is fantastic. The receptionist is very sweet as well. The whole staff is great honestly! Well when I came back for my fillings today, I was very anxious because I hate having dental work. She explained everything and was very reassuring and comforting during the whole procedure as well as the nurse assisting. I am very impressed and glad to say there was minimal to no pain at all. Can't speak highly enough of Dr. B. Rather than give you generic praise, I'm going to tell you specifically why I loved my experience: 1) Dr. B spent the majority of the 90 min initial appointment in the room with me. She did the cleaning herself. At most places I've been to, the dental hygienist does the cleaning and the doctor only comes in to discuss whether you need a filling or other treatment, Here, the nurse (who was great) took the X-Rays, and the doctor was there with me the rest of the visit. 2) Have you ever looked at each individual X-Ray of your teeth? I hadn't either. Instead of explaining her concerns in a dry, medical manner, Dr. B shows you the X-Rays while talking to you about the mechanical and structural concerns of your teeth. It was pretty neat that instead of hearing, "You grind your teeth and are causing damage" I heard,"Let me show you your teeth and tell you the effects your grinding is having". I felt like a dental student rather than another dumb patient. It was like going to the car mechanic and having them lift up the hood. 3) She doesn't guilt trip. Unlike most dentists I've seen who feel it's their job to scare you straight, she encourages hygiene while respecting the fact that you are an adult and are not a dentist and your main concern on a day-to-day basis is probably not dental hygiene. When I admitted, shame-faced, that I floss twice a week at most, she said "Let's try to get that up to three." She is all about setting realistic lifestyle goals for her patients to improve their lives - NOT about setting unattainable standards for them and making them feel horrible when they fail. This fosters honesty in the doctor-patient relationship, which in my opinion, helps everyone. 4) She's funny. Her sense of humor was really dry and hilarious, which I loved. On top of all these qualities, the office is top-notch. Has a high tech feel and comfortable chairs, and the all important TV sets for the patients. I also met Dr. Ash and he seemed very nice as well. Great experience! read more

We love love love Dr. B and all the hygienists and Zara at the front desk!!! Everyone is so sweet and does their utmost to make sure you are comfortable and apart of the conversation about your care. Our whole family switched to this practice a few weeks ago after a bad experience with our previous dentist. It was clear our mouths were not being taken care of from that experience and Dr. B took the time to talk extensively with each of us about a treatment plan to get us all back on track. I have been going here for over a year now. I love the fact that they have a 7:00 am appointment. It lets me go there and still get to work without taking time off. Dr. B always appears to remember me which is great. I switched here after a different dentist told me to have my wisdom teeth removed, and offered to do it right there in his office. Dr B also recommend I get them out but explained why for long term health. She didn't even want to do the procedure. I ignored her for a year. She never shamed me, only cleaned them and remind me that long term there could be issues. Being that my father was a dentist, we often chat about why people avoid the dentist. Dr Bs point is usually how cheap it is for her to clean your teeth, and how much pain and money it will save in the long run. If you don't go. GO! GO SEE THEM!!!! read more

Both me and my mother have been going to Dr. B for about 8 years and everything the others have said is absolutely true, plus she is conscientious and gentle. She recommends all of the options not only the most expensive ones and explains all of the pros and cons of each. I had to have a crown last year, and she made it right in her office. They are very high tech and she let me watch it being made. I didn't have to wait at all, and I love her staff. Additionally, sometimes when you call, she answers the phone! Excellent dentists! Willow Tree Dental is a husband and wife team who are both wonderful, thorough and caring dentists. My family of four has been going here for the past few years and we are always quite impressed with them. They are so honest - I completely trust their opinion as they have never tried to encourage unneeded extras. I have referred friends to them as well and they are equally impressed. As well, a nice bonus is that they have an in-office Cerec machine so they can make same-day crowns. The dentists and their staff are attentive and make going to the dentist as enjoyable as it can be - Dr. Aashish Bhakta has a unique sense of humor that we really love and readily puts patients at ease (this is especially evident when he deals with children) and his wife, Dr. Rupal Bhakta, is very calming. Unfortunately we are moving out of state and will miss Drs. Bhaktas! It will be difficult to find other dentists that measure up to them! read more

Staff is VERY friendly and down to earth. They have very high tech equipment and the office is very nice and spacious. The rooms are very comfortable. There is tv to watch while you have work done.
