We went to lunch after and while eating enchiladas, it dropped into place. It wasn't loose, so I didn't rush straight back. However, it did loosen a day or two later and they had to remove that crown. Now, three years later, I'm mad and tired enough that I wanted the work done that I paid for. After a few months of back and forth, it was installed today. The process seemed to go okay. They nicked something near the end and made my mouth bleed and there's a lot of pain, but the crown at least seems the right height. I signed a form and was sent to the front. They made me wait there a minute before telling me they needed me to sign a form. It was the same form I had just signed. I told the girl I had just signed it. So she calls the first girl and tells her I said I had just signed it and then asks "Is that true"? Damn! Call me a liar to my face??? Of course, I'm not a liar and the assistant verified I had just signed the form and they dismissed me. DO NOT CALL PATIENTS LIARS. There are FAR more things she could have said that were appropriate. "It's not showing up here" "I'm not seeing that on this end" "Why can't I see that?" And so on. But no, they'd rather call you a liar.

I just found out recently that I should've been given an antibiotic as a preventative measure for infection. and I should've been given a prescription for some sort of pain medication for the extreme pain I was in. I called the office to check if he was in the network and they confirmed that he is. So, how did my first appointment go? The dentist cleaned my teeth for only 10 minutes. 10 minutes everyone! He did not examine my teeth. I asked "are you not examine my teeth?" He answered "I did look while I'm cleaning". Then he went on to complain about how the insurance didn't pay him enough.
