Best dentist in Dfw. Very good thorough. Sets a high standard. It's very easy to recommend her

I grew in a family where dental care was not in the budget. My dad pulled "baby" teeth with pliers in our kitchen so the idea of braces was going to happen. In my adult years I got braces and later crowns to make my teeth more presettable. At age 45 I got throat cancer. The treatment required radiation and again my teeth took a beating. After having several other dentists work on my bite and general appearance I found doctor Le. Over several weeks she crowned all of my lower teeth. I already LOVE the appearance but more importantly I can chew my food properly. We will start on my upper teeth next month. Dr Le and her assistant Michelle made an unpleasant process worth all the pain and discomfort. Her front office staff specifically Jocelyn always greeted me with a pleasant good morning. I came in with a cracked filling (left side) and an ill fitted crown (right side). The filling did not hurt until after she replaced it. Now it hurts as if she simply drilled a hole through my tooth. The crown does not align with my natural bite, and has caused sore spots both on the crown and on the tooth adjacent to it (up top). When I asked if she could inspect the work she completed, she became annoyed and impatient with me and dismissed me from her office. Not without first picking at and drilling onto the newly filled tooth, a traumatizing experience. I later learned that the filling she'd replaced had cracked my tooth underneath, which is now exposing and pinching a nerve (imagine having that poked, prodded and drilled upon without any anesthesia). The crown is ill fitting (too high), but her solution was to have me see an Endodontist to be evaluated for a root canal. Two of her staff members seem to be instigators. One of them, a thicker latino woman, was very passive aggressive for reasons I still don't fully understand. She took an x-ray of my tooth, and within that time frame she assumed that I was angry at her?? She asked me about it, I laughed it off and said "that's just my face" but In my head I was thinking "that's odd, she must be projecting her own feelings onto me." The other staff member (a thicker asian lady), looked at me as if she hated me, and had a more dismissive attitude towards me. I believe those two had something to do with the mistreatment I received at the hands of Kim Le. People gossip, and I believe I may have been the victim of someone's delusional assumptions without me even being given a chance. These days I'm weary of all mainstream healthcare professionals. No one seems to care about anything other than money, feeding their ego, and maintaining their reputation. My advice is to be vigilant no matter who you're dealing with. read more

The entire staff at Dr. Kim's office is incredible. Right from the person who greets you to all of her assistants. they are all extremely friendly and extremely professional. Dr Kim herself is amazing. she has a great sense of humor. I went to see her to get a crown and was fully expecting to have to deal with a lot of pain. This was a completely pain-free experience. in fact I almost fell asleep in the chair. Even after the local wore off I had a dull pain for about an hour then pain free. I think she is wonderful and look forward to many more years of her taking care of my teeth read more

Went in for a clean a month ago. Realized they bake cookies so i ate some after the clean lol and I told them what type of cookies I liked. Came back a month later for a quick cavity fix and they had a note about me coming and had my cookies ready! If that doesn't tell you how they treat their patients then I don't know what will haha! Dr. Le's office provided amazing customer service and patient care upon entering the office to the end of the appointment.

I came to Dr Le with broken dentures. What I ended up with was a run around for five days, because I questioned the fee for dentures As my plan told me exactly what I would pay. They tried to charge me $500+ more than what was contracted with my plan. I was told they were going to have to get with the "lab" and come up with a plan for my case. Not sure about the reason for that because a plan was presented to me on the day I was there and I was asked to sign it but refused since it was incorrectly priced. They also said they were going to have to wait for confirmation from my plan thru the mail or fax. (No email?). I was told it would take a couple days. Again not sure why because I verified it in 5 mins on the phone. In the end after a few days I was told that my case was too "complicated" for them to handle and was told they wouldn't be able to help me without any explanation. A simple truth from the beginning the day I was there would have prevented this from happening and I would not be sitting here with a sore mouth unable to eat for all this time. I am very concerned for the way I was treated from the first day and hope to help anyone else that plans on coming to this disorganized and uneducated place of business. I have submitted this same review on her website I will check to see if it was posted in a few days Probably not since they only seem to have 5 star reviews. I am not a fan of the dentists but Dr. Kim Le and my hygienist Patricia were very good at making me feel calm and welcome. I highly recommend this dentist for everyone but especially people who have dental anxiety. Very fast and efficient! They did an amazing job for my exam and cleaning procedure! read more

Dr. Le is a true professional in every sense of the word, with a genuine heart she cares very deeply for her patients needs, as well as their comfort and well being. She will always do a follow-up call after a surgical procedure whether major or minor, which is a major plus. She and her assistances will take time to explain step by step what is expected during your visit with her. I am very please to have her and her staff take care of my dental needs. Everyone should visit with her for any and all your dental care. She and her staff presented me with a sympathy care for the loss of my brother due to the Coronavirus on March 1, 2021. I absolutely love this business! Dr. Kim Le is so sweet you basically just have to love her. I've visited twice now, and after today I just had to write them a good review. Personally, I typically hate dentists more than my OBGYN because of how uncomfortable and invasive the appointments can be. However, at Dr. Le's office she and her staff put me completely at ease. I had my teeth deep cleaned by a young man name (no pun intended) Young, and he was so nice and knowledgeable. He spoke to me through the entire cleaning and really made me feel safe, where in the past I have felt like dentists were my enemy. I would highly recommend this dentistry, its also very nicely decorated with paintings by Dr. Le's father I believe. read more

dr. le has been my dentist since she opened. my last dentist started to charge me to come back to finish a cleaning but when i switched dr. le i really felt never over charged. she and her staff are probably the most friendly in the county even dr. le has time to talk and totally explain everything to me & my wife. i do believe there is more friendly or professional dentist around!! read more
