I asked if there was somewhere I could put my umbrella because there wasn't anything in place, but immediately upon asking, she walks out with a plastic tub for me to put it in. Also, the check-in process was very simple. I had to fill out some paperwork since it was my first time there, but unless I was a walk-in, they just ask if I was the person for a reservation. I don't even have to touch a paper to sign in. Then, I met with the hygienist for my cleaning. She quickly got my x-rays and updated me on the state of my teeth. She then proceeded with giving me my cleaning, which she did very thoroughly. She made light conversation, which was nice, considering I could only respond with "uh''s and "ah"s. She made me feel very comfortable and at-home during the process. Lastly, I met with the dentist, Dr. Jung. She performed the oral cancer screening and asked me about my dental history/status. I actually have a special issue with my jaw, and she knew about the details of my condition. I've been to other dentists that weren't very well informed in the area, so it was very refreshing to hear that she knew about it. She wanted to keep updated on it. She's very knowledgeable. Upon leaving, I received a goodie bag of dental items, and I was very impressed. I typically receive no name generic brand item, but this came filled decked out with quality dental items. Overall, I had a great experience, and as mentioned before, plan on coming again.

I absolutely love going to Dr. Jennifer West! She is hands down the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I am very impressed with her technical skills as well as her personal customer interaction. Never in my life has a dentist called to make sure that I am feeling ok until now! Dr. West has called me several times just to make sure everything was going well. Also, I love the fact that she is abreast of the lastest technology in dentistry as well. Finally I call just before my wisdom teeth appointment out of anxiety to really triple check I was insured. Thankfully, the lady on the call took the initiative of verifying my insurance was active. It was not. She said it hadn't been for my last visit either so my down-payment for my wisdom teeth appointment was used for that last out-of-pocket visit. I'm glad she told me and clarified some things with me, but it's frustrating to have asked about this during prior visits and have out-of-pocket costs for something I wish they could've clarified. I called back today to cancel a future appointment since I'm not insured anymore just to be met with the lady cutting me off and stating that I have a nice day and hanging up. Once I work out my coverage, this isn't somewhere I'd come back to, but before all of this - the staff used to be accommodating and friendly.
