I have been going to Dr. Nickerson for years! I have always been pleased and taken good care of. My hygienist, MariBell is great. She gives great advice on keeping my teeth clean. I strive to have my teeth clean. I got an excellent job today on my teeth. I was so pleased. When I tell you she cleans your teeth, she cleans them. The conversation is great even though you are getting worked on. You may not be able to answer(since your mouth is open)..... :}. The staff is great all the way from the front to the back of the office. When you walk in and they already know your name without asking, and just checks you in. I was also introduced to the little medical doggy they will be using (as soon as he is trained) for people with high anxiety to calm their nerves. I think that is going to be great. I will soon be transferring my son over to Dr. Nickerson, once he graduates from his pediatrician dentist. I feel like they already know him through me! This is an easy place like. Folks are friendly and helpful. It's run professionally. It's clean. At first I wasn't used to the technicians doing so much of the dental work, but I'm settled into accepting their model, and it works because their techs have the adequate skills. I really like the new puppy. I hope he gets to stay. I'm disappointing they will give me enough laughing gas to make it work. I'd like to have a receipt that detailed the work done. i'd like to see the doctor have a replacement in the office when she's on an extended vacation. I love the easy parking and central location. The doctor is willing to negotiate what work needs to be done. She's reasonable. I would prefer the entire crew wear tie-dye rather than black scrubs. read more

Great dental clinic. Came in for my 6 month cleaning, had a great hygenist, did a great job on getting my teeth clean again. The good news, not new cavities last couple trips. Have one old crown that needs to be checked. Unfortunately it is one of those made in office whlle you wait and thier failure rate is rather right with a 5-7 year period. I know several dentist that no longer use this machine and are sending work back to the labs to get the crowns and and those last 20 or more years with no problems. This denist has never used this service and still sends crowns out to labs to be made up for the patient. The entire statf at the clinic is very friendly and help and make one feel comfortable while in the clinic. Great job guys!! read more

No matter what my needs are, when I walk into Dr. Nickerson's office I feel assured they will be met. The atmosphere is superior to any dentist office I have been in for 60 years. It is like being with family. Very relaxing with the Christian music playing in the background. I want to sing along with it but my mouth is full of instruments and fingers!!! I have referred this office to all my family and friends. Thank you for providing your patients with a comfortable, Christian surrounding. I don't dread going to the dentist like I did a few years ago. I love seeing little "Dolly"!!! That name just fits her. Typically, the exceptional reviews lean toward the service provided by the hygienist and the dentist, proper. However, what can "chase" clients away is the appointment/billing staff without the dentist never knowing of their potential impact. I wish to share that Dr. Nickerson's staff is beyond exceptional and often (kindly ) reminds you of details you may have forgotten and also gives excellent suggestions to serve me better. When an operation such a this moves so smoothly, it's easy to forget how vital they are as the front-line. Dr. Nickerson's staff should have some type of super-hero-team name as far as I'm concerned. I have a gag reflex and the need for a filling replacement gave me instant anxiety. I was very honest in telling Dr. Nickerson this. She assured me the procedure would be painless and would not last long. She was RIGHT. The procedure (removing the old filling and replacing) lasted less than 30 minutes and was painless beyond a pinch for the analgesic. Dr. Nickerson has been my dentist for five years. She and her clinical staff (Maribelle and Amy) and her front office staff (Jana and Kim) have been professional and caring. I highly recommend this practice. read more

As usual my favorite enamel polishers came thru, this time on a thing a tad more serious. They were able to pin point a source of pain in the rear of my mouth that has been bugging me ever since I had my tongue sliced up due to cancer. They were able to take a snapshot that I sent to my tongue cancer doc and he and I will discuss it further. Thanks to all my favorite smile enhancers for another great visit. read more

Dr. Nickerson and her staff were friendly and worked well with my insurance and paperwork on my initial visit. It was just for a 6 month check up but they told me things about my teeth. I had not been informed about before. They were skillful in the cleaning of my teeth and used the latest technology to scan my teeth for a mouth guard. No nasty goo needed.
