Lots of sunlight to keep you feeling positive while you wait to be tortured. The building is VERY clean. They have sanitizer for you and practice social distancing seating in the lobby. COVID Precautions: The staff wear masks and take your temperature at intake. They are kind and have been each and every visit. They make you feel like you're not on your way to be tortured with their soothing voices and smiles. Also, they don't appear to be Ogres in disguise. Bedside Manner: Dr. Miller is a genuinely nice person. He is interested in what you have to say (if he's not he does a good job of pretending) and he didn't torture me.
