There was no communication that my insurance was out of network. They did a complete examination and cleaning for both my children and informed my husband the cost was $500. The clerk went on to give a backhand apology stating that she was sorry that I wasn't aware the office was out of network. This makes no sense. My children did not have any dental work done just routine cleaning there is no way my husband and I anticipated to pay $500 for a cleaning. This is poor communication on this dental office and I was made to feel this error my fault. I was very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend Just for Kids Dental to any parents.
